Great experience, it was the only store I shopped at. I tried on 3 dresses which was enough to find the one! I had great contacts with the staff which made it easy to know and it was the right place to buy my dress.

Excellent customer service, very helpful. They offered truthful comments and didn’t just try and “sell your” address. Really listens to the bride. Excellent selection of dresses for “skinny” girls and those who have a little extra weight.

The service was inconsistent. My bridal consultant had little experience so she was not able to help guide me very much but her compassion was genuine and she was very kind. Some others at the store seemed to have more experience and were able to offer more support.

Girls helping were great assistance and helped me the best they could. Made my experience awesome! Thank you all!
