Debbie was very nice and did an excellent job on my teeth and was sensitive to my needs. As always I couldn't be happier with my dentist and dental assist.

Today was my first great experience at a dentist office ever. I would just like to thank Dr. Frankel and his staff for a really great job and for getting me into your office on such short notice you guys do a great job and I really appreciate it will definitely pass along to my friends and family thanks again.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Frankel's Office. I had seen the ads on TV and on the billboards all over town. My brother had produced a jingle for them and that's where I had first heard the name. I expected it to be a big, crowded and impersonal place. I certainly did not expect to meet the famous Frankel DDS, himself. To my surprise it was just the opposite. All the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. I felt like a guest in the home of my host, Dr. Frankel, himself. I'm hooked! Love it!

I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Every one greeted me with smiles. I could feel the warmth and caring of all your Staff which helps to make my visits to your Dental Clinic tolerable. Thanks.

Robin did my cleaning and she did a good job, but is a little different than Bridgett so knowing in advance would have been appropriate in the fact that it should have my decision to keep appointment or change it.

The entire staff are very friendly welcoming. They were able to get all my appointments scheduled within my time constraints for work and class reunion. Dr. O'Neil was able to answer my questions and made me more comfortable. Up until coming to Dr. Frankel's Office I hated going to the dentist and avoided it for better than 6 yrs and now I feel comfortable about the appointments. Thank You

Sarah was very nervous and scared to go to the dentist. We knew she cracked a tooth and we were just hoping it was only a baby tooth. Dr. Frankel was very patient with Sarah and made her feel much better. The staff even got her to smile a few times. By the time Sarah got home, she was busy texting her friends about how great her dentist was and how she pulled out her own tooth. Thank You All.

very happy that xrays and cleaning cld all be completed in one day. i really like natalie who took care of me. I liked the way Dr. Frankel made sure I knew if I wasn't happy I shld let him know

Not a fan of going to the dentist, but with such a friendly staff like this, it makes it so much more bearable!
