Emergency situation ran out of gas, Tom came to the rescue not only did he bring a can from home, he is honest, courteous and interesting. Two thumbs up A++++

I came into a situation where I needed a driver at 6 in the morning for a few weeks. Tom was always there on time and even made the trip entertaining. I would recommend his service to everyone.

Tom is an amazing gentleman. He promptly picked us up at the designated time and his cheerful demeanor made the (unfortunately) short trip quite enjoyable. Be forewarned, brush up on some joke material, as this is how he banters with clients and he has a pretty good stockpile of funny, but lame, jokes! I had never taken a taxi anywhere before, but now I keep his card in my wallet...never know when you will need a reliable ride home! I would recommend General Cab to anyone in need of transportation in a heartbeat!!

We use this service to drop off and pick up our engineers at Detroit Airport. They travel frequently and General Cab has always been prompt with pick up and deliveries. I would recommend highly!

Tom is a good guy, it seems he has been a good friend of yours when you meet him first time.

One of the best cabs that I've ever used. Called Tom and set a pick up for 11:30. Unfortunately Tom was having some difficulties with his battery and said he would be late. He was only about 6 minutes late and offered me $15 for not making the pick up time **I have never had a driver offer such compensation for being late, this is customer service above and beyond*** I ended up getting to where I needed to be by noon so it wasn't a problem. Tom was very professional and friendly and the cab was very clean. All around great experience, you don't get this kind of service from most other cap companies. I would definitely recommend trying here before going anywhere else!!

This General Cab service was really great when I asked for a ride to the toledo megabus stop. The other cab drivers didn't respond but I called General Cab and even got a discount. Trust me you should call this service because they are reliable indeed.

A group of us called General Cab when we arrived at Toledo airport and we couldn't have been happier. Tom came immediately to pick us up and he gave us a great rate. He was very professional and a pleasure to have as our driver. He pointed out local businesses and attractions on our way from the airport to town. I was able to give him a few other times for pickups during my stay in Toledo. He was early every time he came to pick me up. It's stressful enough when you're traveling, but with General Cab it's great to know of a reliable professional car service to ease some of the stress of travel. Thanks Tom!

I would give this company more stars if I could! I spoke with Tom from General Cab yesterday to see if I could schedule a cab to pick my daughter and grandson up at their residence in Perrysburg and take them to an appointment in Bowling Green. He was very pleasant to speak with and very professional assuring me that he would be there on time. He took my payment over the phone, and once it went through he texted me the confirmation, then e mailed me a copy of the receipt. Tom actually arrived early to pick her up, and got them to their appt. in plenty of time. She was finished quickly and we were able to hire Tom again to pick her up and return her home. I will keep this phone number in my phone in case of other future emergencies! Thanks Tom and General Cab!
