Thank you for your helpfulness in meeting my needs. Great variety of musical material and instruments. This was my first visit - and I'll be back.

I have many friends in the music Biz and need gifts for many events. I love shopping there for jewelry and scarfs.

i am african american i went into richard's music tdy to rent a instrument for my kid who needed it for school. they took a credit application to see if i qualify to rent their instrument since i didn't meet their qualifications in order to rent 1 instrument for 3 months. first i was told if i didn't meet their first requirements i could just have it automatically taken out of my banking account. which is a great idea. but since i didn't meet the first requirement they wouldn't do anything for me. very upset. and this was my first timer ever going in this place. renter or buyer beware

I made a purchase and had a problem with it. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not come out front to speak to me. I asked the clerk if he refused to see me and she sheepishly said "yes". I will never give them my service nor will I ever recommend them.

This place is by far the worst music store in all of toledo, probably the entire state. They are expensive as all hell, and they offer no returns or exchanges - which can only imply that so many people have returned their crap products when they first opened that now they force people to keep the crap they sell there. NEVER SHOP HERE.

This place stole my money. They refuse to let you speak to a manager. They will only rip you off. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS MUSIC SHOP. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER..

Been bringing my violin in to these guys for a while now, and they've always done great work.
