I was pleasantly pleased with both crews. The men worked so hard and so well as a team. When I became concerned about a potential problem, Richard the team supervisor, produced photos of my roof "in progress" and a reasurring explanation. My concern was unfounded but was treated with respect.

Gabriel,the man who did the iron railing did a beautiful job.

The Pacific Homeworks personnel who made these happen were so professional in what they did. Phil and Kenny were there from the time the projects started up to their completion. Phil made sure the projects were up to my specifications. The windows were installed perfectly and the Cool Wall was great. My house looks like brand new. I am now just waiting for the garage roof to get started. Thanks for the outstanding service!!!

I've done business with Pacific Homeworks over a period that spans 8-10 years. I've had time to see how their work stands up, as well as how professionally and skillfully it is done. They are absolutely outstanding and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They came to work prepared, and they worked a full day. They didn't work for four hours, leave, and come back the next day. They are very professional and very skilled people.

I was most satisfied in the manner in which they went about the work. They made sure we were not inconvenienced and were very careful with our tile roof.

We were satisfied with all areas. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

They were quick. They came to the door and were very polite. They explained to us what they were going to do and went straight to the job. They didn't bother us or anything and when they were done on Friday they cleaned up well.

I was most satisfied with the work crew and how they worked until they finished and did not have to come back multiple days.

The installers did a great job.

We would like to commend Pacific Homeworks for the quality of the workmen who applied the Cool Wall to our home. Sergio, Sergio Jr and Juan were industrious, thorough, all the while being pleasant and careful around our yard and plants.

STAY AWAY. One of my worst decisions as a home owner. Sales man is real sly, offers you a discount once you hesitate on the high price. He gives you a "deal", but guess what? Once they start working on your roof they will charge you an additional few THOUSAND dollars for extra building materials. When I tried to confront the sales person Rafael, all he could say was he tried his best giving us a quote from what he could see. Now this is after he verbally quote on quote "guaranteed 99%" that his quotes are always accurate w no hidden fees.



Not only are they a ripoff in price, their customer service and team of employees are a joke. Completely incompetent and lazy. Also once you sign up for them, watch out for their "quality assurance checkup" this basically means they want to sell you more overpriced service and their chance to enter your home and give you another bogus presentation about what you need.



STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Shady businesses like this needs to go out of business.

The Pacific Homeworks crew is the best!

We are very pleased. Workers were very professional.

Marlin Gustafson & Carl Evans are fantastic employees. In my opinion Marlin was great the guy made so many phone calls to help me out.

Pacific Homeworks has now done my Patio,Windows & Tile. I will be doing more projects with pacific homeworks.
