Very detailed and quick.

I've never had a bad experience from anyone at this office. From the ladies that answer the phone, through the hygienists, dentists and the office staff. I always leave feeling like we've had a good appointment.

Love the office staff & the Doctor is always professional but NEVER boring! They all listen & help and you know they have the family's best interest at heart! I've been to places before that one component of the experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth but NEVER here - when you walk through the door until you head out! You look forward to coming back EVERY time!

It was very fun. He made me laugh; not only at him, but also at his corny jokes.

Dr. Eric was extremely patient with my daughter as she was getting two teeth extracted. The patience displayed to calm my daughter down helped to make the extraction calming and funny. Highly recommend.

A total money maker. The quack took xrays every 6 months just to make money and there is not one thing worng with our childs teeth. Do your own research before you go there!

I brought my children all four of them to Dr. Hans. He came highly reccommended to me. I found everyone in the office to be exceptionaly warm and caring of both the children and the parents, Dr. Hans introduced himself and explained everything we asked of him. He spent more time with us than I expected but never rushed us, We all felt great when we left the office. I will never take my children anywhere else. I wish I could be a patient

I am very disappointed with the service at this pediatric dentist. They have all the friendly, warm-fuzziness of the DMV. While the dental care itself was satisfactory the lack of professionalism on the part of the staff could not overcome that factor for me. Adult discussions about politics and personsal lives among the staff went on as if me and my children were not even in the room. My children found them to be condesending as well and I would have to agree with them. Sorry, but cartoon wallpaper doesn't make up for the lack of respect shown to us. To me a pediatric anything should exemplify respect, professionalism and a friendly atmosphere none of which we experienced.
