We recently purchased a 2011 Springdale travel trailer. Our overall experience was wonderful. I inquired about a unit online and Dave Cox quickly contacted me to setup an appointment. When I arrived to look at the RV, he had it ready to look at and walked me through all the amenities. He quickly worked out a price and presented me a quote and allowed me to make my decision without any high pressure sales techniques. Once I decided to purchase, the process was easy and all the paperwork was straightforward and easy to understand. I truly appreciated the walk through I was given when I arrived to pick up the unit. They took me through every function of the camper to ensure I was able to fully enjoy the camping experience. They removed the hitch equipment from my old camper and installed on the unit. The tanks were dewinterized and sanitized and ready for use. Dave followed up with several calls to ensure we were happy. I not only would recommend Arbogast but will be a customer for life. Thx!

This dealership has the best customer service of any dealership I have ever been to. I would highly recommend them! They had just finished their new service department - WOW! - when we were there browsing. We were greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist as soon as we walked into the showroom and she introduced us to Elliott, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we are ready to make ourpurchase, we will be back to Dave Arbogast RVs, no doubt about it!

The sales staff was very willing to take their time and explain everything to a first-time travel trailer buyer like myself. They make every step of the RV buying process enjoyable!

Just bought a new vehicle from Arbogast. I have to preface this that I hate car shopping and have been shopping for about a month.
The Arbogast salesman, Steve Crank, made the whole experience painless. I arrived at 6:00 PM an hour before closing. After a short test drive they processed the paperwork and we were done by 7:00 PM.

I had a 9 year old trade with 182,000 miles on it and it had a plethora of issues. They were very fair on my trade value.

I don't give 5 stars often but Arbogast deserves it.

At no point was I pressured for anything.

From the initial contact with Tyon in sales to the follow through from the Finance Manager to the walk through for over an hour to demonstrate and confirm 100% quality to the lady up from telling us good bye as we walked out with our new RV, 100% customer focus. Good not recommend any more strongly. Get your RV here!!

I needed to upgrade to a 5th wheel Toy Hauler from a regular 5th wheel travel trailer. I knew exactly what I was looking for) Keystone Raptor 310-TS. I has not in a hurry, I took about 2 years shopping the Southern Michigan Dealerships. At one point I contacted Arborgast for a quote on-line, Cristy promptly replied was very competitive price, I blew it off, I didn't even reply back. I felt like I'd be wasting more time? I continued to comb the dealerships here in Michigan and was very close to having one built to order. Then I decided to give Arborgast a try, Ed Cross was able to get me the price I was very happy with, and after a couple days work Justin was able to get me financing at the rate I was looking for. It was that easy, I should have went to Arborgast first but I had never heard of them so? I have read some treads on-line where it's been said that they are able to provide competitive prices by reducing or eliminating advertisement costs, and also conduct there own RV Shows @ there Dealership in Troy, Ohio. This all made great business sense to me on both our behaves. So I made that short trip (175 mi.) down to Ohio to make my purchase, and was on my way back around noon. I wish I's taken more time to check the place out, like the boats but I was in a hurry to get back home. I found this Dealership to be the largest I've ever been to, and the most updated in all regards, it's awesome! You could get lost. Anyway through this process I was introduced to many of the staff, at times they doubled up to assist. Never at anytime was I pressured or distracted about anything, they were only there to inform and assist. I'd have to say this was the most pleasant purchase experience that I've ever had, conducted by the friendliest and most knowledgeable folks I've ever met. I'll be going back, wish they sold Ford products... Anyway check Arborgast out, save yourself all that time and frustration early in the hunt for your next RV.

All employees were very friendly, concerned with our needs and well-informed about the class B camper van we purchased. Mark Bensman was extremely patient with us as we were new to the camper experience & answered (or found out answers in a timely manner) all our questions effectively & courteously. We test drove two very similar camper vans--same model, same year, nearly identical mileage--and Mark was quite helpful in comparing the relative features of each vehicle, making our final choice seem easy and certain. We visited Arbogast twice and spent at least two hours each time being taught the various features, how to use them, safety issues and most importantly, how best to protect our investment. Justin gave us an exhaustive walk-thru explaining all the systems, functions, winterizing/dewinterizing and made fine recommendations on vital accessories to insure safe and long-term functioning of the camper van. I was expecting the usual pressured sales approach typical with auto dealers but was pleasantly surprised to find quite the opposite. We felt relaxed & comfortable throughout the whole learning, trying & buying process. We both would highly recommend Mark,Justin,Karen and Tina (in the accessories store) as well as Arbogast in general to anyone seeking any kind of camper or motorhome.

We were very pleased with Ed Cross. He was informative, very nice and knew what we were looking for. He understood why we had a price range, being that we are retired, so there was no "HARD SELL" to purchase our camper. He was able to work with us and we are very happy with our purchase and the way we were treated.

To just name a few of the people we had contact with: Ed, Sales, Karen & Jason, Finance, Jinny, Reception and Brendon Service, All of these people were so nice and very helpful. We really felt welcome but more importantly,they all were very knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. They answered all our questions and we felt confident with our purchase. To say the least it WAS an enjoyable experience.

Receptionist was very cordial and helpful upon our arrival at dealership. She determined our needs and directed us to the display ara we were interested in. She advised sales staff of our presence and requirements.

Salesman (Dave Cox) approached us timely and answered our questions and identified stock that met our interest criteria. He listened to our concerns and was knowledgeable about his inventory.

We returned the following week to make an offer. Dave addressed our concerns and worked us through the negotiating process with a minimum of trauma. We purchased a trailer at a fair price.

When we returned to pick up the trailer Dave stayed with us and helped make all preparations and got us on the road. Our entire experience was professional and pleasant.

As you can tell from my rating, our experience was great. From the time I contacted Mike about a Class B motorhome listed on the Internet to driving out the lot with a new (to us) Roadtrek, everything was first class. Having driven 400 miles to a dealership we knew nothing about could have turned out badly. But negotiations were unstressful, prices were fair, selection was better than could be expected, prepping was thorough (including the wheel balancing) and the walk through by Brendon was complete. This is our 6th motorhome and this purchase was the most satisfying. Thanks Mike for the time you patiently spent with us.

Arbogast met all my expectations. Made sure I was satified. followed up on issues and made sure I was satified. Very pleasant doing business with. Very pleasant people. If service is as good as the sale then this will be one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Thanks Ed Cross

Top dealer in the area. We visited every dealer in the area, including surrounding states. Salesman Ed Cross was great -- answered all questions and did not pressure us. We did not really know what we were looking for as far as type and size -- Ed helped us zero in and make the perfect choice for us at a good price.

My wife and I purchased a Rockwood Roo 21SS Hybrid travel trailer from Dave Arbogast about 3 weeks ago and used it for the first time on the 4th of July weekend. Everything worked great on the trailer and the air conditioning was a hit with our group. We traveled with 5 other families and all were in aww of our new camper. Enough about the camper, it was new and performed as expected. Who didn't perform as expected was the staff at Arbogast. To start they offered us a great price on this camper which we did not know the first night we were there and we actually left without buying that night. After checking around the next day we determined that they were with a couple hundred bucks of our area dealers we decided to go ahead and buy it because they offered that price up front without negotiating. We headed back to Arbogast the next day, while on our way there our salesman Dave called us to see if we had made a decision and we told him we were on our way to see him as we speak. He was about ready to leave work but stayed to take care of us. We scheduled our pick up for the following Saturday. Upon arrival we were late due to problems with our tow vehicle. We went through the walk through of the camper where we were shown hands on how to use our new camper, excellent job there. Only one suggestion, after showing folks how to use the dumping system for the black/grey water make sure both vavles are closed! Needless to say both were open which made for a halarious first trip to the dumping station. Thank God we stayed a day later than most and there was no one else at the dump station but us. Back to the Arbogast staff, on the day of pick up we had a belt break on our Ambulance which we use as a tow vehicle. The sevice staff there had one of their mechanics change this belt for us, a huge relief for us. Not only did they preform this repair and install a break controller and hitch wiring but they were courteous about it at the same time. Never did I get a cold shoulder feeling from anyone there. They were all very friendly the whole time we were there. The service manager even opened the parts store for me to buy some things after they closed at noon. Can't say enough about the service. I wish I could remember the names of all the people we worked with that day, every one of them did a great job.

I did a LOT of looking online at new Travel Trailers in Ohio. I narrowed my search down to two dealers. My husband and I spent all day going in and out of campers at one dealership and found one we liked. We then drove to Arbogast the next day to look at our other option and fell in love as soon as we stepped inside it. Dan Burroughs was extremely helpful, very friendly and got us a deal we were happy with. Karen, in finance, is one of the nicest ladies we've met in a long time. Rick who did our 'walk-through' is a really nice guy who knows his business. Even Gary in the Parts Dept impressed us. All these individuals are great assets to Arbogast and we will highly recommend them to our friends in our RV park. What an enjoyable experience.

Mr Cross was super helpfull, it was an extremely hot day and he spent over an hour on the lot with us. He showed us everything that was within our limit and had what we wanted, His friendliness and courtesy were exceptional. Karen Cole who did our finacing was a wonderful person. her skill in finding the best financing, and her sincere friendliness were outstaanding. I have already recommended Arbogast to severl friends

We purchased our first RV travel trailer at Arbogast in Troy OH. Since we did not know exactly what we were looking for, we depended on the expertise of salesman Mark Benson. Mark's knowledge, attention to the customer, and friendly service was exceptional. After visiting several RV dealers from Cincinnati to Lima OH we ended up at Arbogast for service and price. Thank you Mark for making our first RV purchase fun and exciting for us, our kids and our grandchildren.

Dave and the rest of the staff were very helpful and easy too deal with , product was as discibed , went over the unit well . Traveled from Michigan too deal here because they had the best price .
