From our first contact with Arbogast thru our sales person Stacy Trissell we were impressed. Stacy was very helpful with information about the Winnebago travel trailer we were interested in, and even sent us a video of him describing the unit.
When we arrived to pickup our unit everyone met us with a smile and friendly hello, how can I help you. We were given an exceptional walk thru with info on how everything operates, and how to do a setup. We were so pleased with our unit and the assistance we were given that we have been giving out Stacy's business cards to anyone who asks about the unit.

Keith kesley, our salesman, has been absolutely wonderful. When we were looking to upgrade from a class c granite ridge to a class a, he made sure to call us when a particularly nice trade in would come in the dealership.
He has been responsive to our needs and any issues we have had he has worked with the service staff on our behalf.

We will definitely refer our friends and family to Keith when they are ready to start RVing

We use our motor home year round and spent the winter in Florida. Next trip- Pocono races at in June.

We just purchased a 2005 Forest River Sunseeker. Brad Simcoe was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the motor home even though it was 11 years old. He worked with us and allowed us to make an informed decision about the purchase. I would reco this dealership and Brad specifically to anyone in the market for an RV. Their finance guy Preston was also very professional and helpful and made the whole experience pretty much painless.

We found a camper we thought we wanted online at Arbogast but after salesman Brad Simcoe took us around the lot and showed us other options we decided on a WD1780 and could not be happier with our purchase. Rush, a member of the service team, walked us through the trailer and after delivery helped us with a minor issue inside that saved us a trip back to the dealership. I would recomend Arbogast Rv for excellent service, quality products, and great prices.

I had been interested in an Airstream Interstate and initially was going to get a 2014. Mark Harris did a good job and got me all of the information that I needed. After some thought ordered a 2017. Mark kept me informed and was ready when they said it would be. He picked me up at the airport and after a thorough walk thru I was on my way. Good customer service and fair price.

My husband and I bought a travel trailer about 6 weeks ago at Arbogast. Our salesman was Keith Kesley. He was amazing! Not only did he help us find the right camper for us, but he has also kept in touch with us to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We are! Keith Kelsey assisted us with our purchase of our new Travel Trailer. He worked with us through the entire process. We had a couple of issues which Keith is taking care of as I type. Levi did our walk through of the trailer and worked with us in hooking the trailer up as we have always had a 5th Wheel. We would deal with Keith, Levi and Matt in Finance again and would recommend Keith to our camping family for their next purchase.

I found Dave Arbogast rv on the web as I was looking for the coachman leprachaun for two years. I did go to one dealer locally but the pricing was way too high and I could afford it, took a walk thru and that is what I wanted, took two years to find a deal that I could afford. Called up Dave arbogast rv, I talked to Scott S. And I liked very much talking with Scott about the rv. They gave me a good price on the leprachaun and a very good trade in. Called up a few times and talked to Scott and was very comfortable talking to Scott. Made deal and I am very much happy with the leprachaun. Getting it ready for storage. I would very much recommend Dave arbogast and tell them to get a hold of Scott, very nice person. It is a little drive for us but well worth the trip, very nice dealership an there is no pressure on us at all. Rv is exactly what I wanted, thank you Scott.

A first class quality experience. From sales, Stacy, to final delivery, Roger Prescott. I saved thousands of dollars... Their prices were the best. Unfortunately they are 1200 miles away so I won't be able to rate their service department. I would highly recommend Arborgast. Very satisfied!

Keith is an amazing salesman, so glad he was the first to approach us when we got to Arbogast RVs. We knew which camper we wanted, but it was already sold. We selected a second camper, and put 'hold' money on it. Five days later, Keith called and said the other folks backed out on the purchase of our first choice camper, did we still want it? Heck, yes! He sure went the extra mile for us! We recommend him to anyone looking for a camper, RV, or motor home.

We looked at many different RV dealers in Ohio as well as Dave Arbogast. We made a trip down to Troy, walked in and immediately Mark Bensman was willing to help. He asked what we were looking for, showed us a few RV's to get a good idea of exactly what we wanted. Once we found "the one" he made the process very quick and easy for our family as well as getting us the best deal ( we looked many places so I know it was a GREAT deal) but not only was it a great deal, he made is comfortable (even when the kids were a little crazy) and he made all the follow up and walk through of the camper very easy and on our schedule! I came back to see him for a camper for my dad and also just gave his card to my sister. I would recommend him to everyone that asks!! He is a great person and an asset to the business!

I went to Dave Arbogast to buy a new travel trailer. The sales person was excellent and walked me through the features and drawbacks of every model until I found the one I suited me best. I drove off with a Forest River Wildwood X-Lite 195BH Travel Trailer that's perfect for the family's next trip. Now all I have to worry about is where to take it next!

Mark Bensman / Sales person was great to work with and very diligent. Worked out the whole deal on the phone before driving an hour and a half, was very accommodating while we were picking up the RV. Jamie / service did a great job and was very informative during the walk through. Very satisfied with most of the buying experience..

I had my RV winterized at the service department this fall. Everyone in the service department was very helpful! Since I am new to RVing, they took the extra time to answer all my questions and show me in detail! While I was there I was checking out all the new models, Dave Arbogast has a huge selection. I was really impressed with everyone I encountered at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Thanks again!

After visiting a number of RV dealerships, we finally decided to check out Dave Arbogast RV Depot. Dan Burroughs was awesome! He answered all of our questions and let us do the looking. Tom in service was also great. He came out just to double check that our RV was ready to go before we picked it up. We'll definitely be coming back when it's time for an upgrade!

I purchased a 2015 Airstream Interstate from Mark Bensman in February and was very pleased with the overall experience. We looked at a couple of used units that just didn't seem to be right for us, but Mark was able to come up with the deal on the new unit that met our requirements. I appreciate what he was able to do and he didn't give up!
