Mathew Saline was our technician today. He arrived promptly, explained everything he was about to do, completed the service quickly and then provided a report on what he found. Prior to the visit we are always notified in advance of when to expect our technician and how to prepare for their visit. On the few occasions we have had to contact the office, the staff has been courteous, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Cody Utter has been our technician since we moved here in 2017. He is always courteous, asks if we are having any specific issues and ensure that he pays special attention to the areas and/or pests we have identified. That said, we have had very few incidents that have required special attention. Cody also takes the time to educate us as to the kinds of pests we have seen which has been very helpful in eradication. It is also worthy of note that the pesticides used are safe for pets and do not cause secondary kills which prevents eradication of species that may feast on the targeted pests.

I've used Greenshield since we built the house in 2014 and have had 0 problems. It was great to see Ryan again. Good technician...knows his work!!

My tech is Ben Harris who has always been helpful and always asks me what I may be having problems with. Then he goes right to work and then comes back to my front door and tells me what he has found. There was one time that I didn't have Ben as a tech and was disappointed in the service received. But Ben Harris is top notch!

Patrick is an amazing technician and is a pleasure to deal with. He has a vast amount of knowledge and is very skilled. Great asset to your company.
