I was shopping around for a new heating and cooling system, and so I called a few contractors on this site. Upon reading the reviews on this company I pushed them to #1 on my list. Of the 4 quotes I got Linos HVAC was priced right! They explained all my options, rebates, and costs. Once they completed the job my furnace room was cleaner than when they got there! They swept the entire room, they put down tarps. I was impressed.

clean, fast knowledgeable fair. I got a discount for a service contract. all around a great experience. will recommend.!! I never posted a review on anything online. I felt i had to when i got the service i did! Thank You!

I called Lino on July 17 after reading his reviews on this site. I was really thrilled with his service and efficiency. He was very professional and prompt in arriving at my house within an hour. He explained me that the delay switch on the condenser unit was not functioning and he changed the thermostat. This way he by -passed the switch on the condenser and my problem was fixed. I will highly recommend Lino for any HVAC service.

I was shopping around looking for a company to help maintain my heating and cooling system at home. I found all these positive reviews and thought that Lino's would be a good company to work with.

Sadly, I was wrong. I called and spoke to Lino himself and made the appointment several days beforehand. I took time off work to make sure I was home and waited for him. At the exact time of the appointment I get a call telling me he won't be able to come until the following week.

I was infuriated; not only did I take time off from work, but he didn't even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time to cancel. I told him given this, how can I expect that he would be able to make the next appointment. He promptly hung up on me, like the true professional that he is. If you want to work with a company that is truly professional, Lino's is not the place to call.

Last Tuesday my Air-Conditioning system stopped working. And we told by other company's that my system was beyond repair, and needed to be replaced. I decided to get another opinion, which we got LINOS HVAC. They came out on the same day to give a free estimate, they ended up replacing a capacitor, and the system came right on!!! unbelievable... how i almost spent thousands...

On the fourth of July my a/c went out so I went on yellow pages and found Lino's Hvac. Upon reading the reviews i felt comfortable in calling them, hoping for a appointment for Monday. Amazingly they had someone at my home in 20 minutes. My compressor failed, they explained it to me and showed me the burnt compressor. In 3 hours they had a new a/c system installed. THANK GOD! because it was brutally hot that day. I had guests coming over that evening. 5 star service thank you...

I found them on the yellowpages with great reviews. I emailed them at midnight on Sunday. They called 1st thing Monday morning & showed up immediately. Service man very knowledgeable & had special foot protectors!! Satisfied my husband's high standards & had the HVAC until repaired quickly!!! Part, labors & trip

with a courtesy discount $140 w/taxes etc.. GREAT!!

We now have AC for the summer!!!!! Highly recommend!

Had Lino install an HVAC unit in my home. He showed all the different options to qualify for current rebates and also went over different units for my house. His company cleaned up after themselves and left the house the same way they found it. His prices are also in par with others in the area. Would use Lino and recommend his company to family and friends.

We had to have our gas boiler and water heater replaced due to CO2 leakage. After reading the reviews of Linos HVAC, I decided to give them a try. I could not have made a better choice. I felt they were very fair in their pricing, and went out of their way to make sure I was getting what I needed. They were great at explaining in detail what they would be doing. Linos, along with his co-worker Brian, took great pride in their work, and were probably 2 of the nicest people I've had working in my home.

They installed a new York A/C system in our home. High efficient 16 seer and they prepared all my paper work for all the rebates. $ 2100.00 in rebates, it came out cheaper doing high efficiency than doing standard unit that was proposed by others.I'm sure i can find something else to do with the money...

I had Linos Hvac working in my home towards the end of last year. I replaced all three of my old and inefficient furnaces with 92% energy efficient units. I must enphasise my heating bills were cut in half! They where very clean and quick. I left them with full access to my home and felt comfortable doing so. Also very informative I received $1500.00 federal tax credit. $300 from Elizabeth Town Gas for each of my Furnaces total of $900.00. $300 in my PSE&G energy company. Over all I received $2700 in rebates ! Which is the number one reason for this review, none of the other contractors even brought this up. Thank you and I we will vouch for your work, as you stand by it.

Over the past week I had to contact Lino's Hvac for a BIG emergency in my home, I needed a new hot water heater, that busted in my basement and I had over 6 inches of water, so while he was there replacing my water heater, I told him about my concern with my high heating bill, my furnace was just not efficient, I would have a $400-$500 dollar monthly bill from Elizabeth town Gas. I have been in this house for over 2 years. That is on average what I expected my monthly heating bill to be. I felt like I was working a entire week to heat my home. Once he was done with the water heater he looked at my furnace and apparently who ever installed my furnace didn't tune it right or something like that. So he made some adjustments to the furnace and all I know is my bills are now half. I just received my December bill and i was $218, so I'm AMAZED. Thank you for your professional work. and for saving me some mula :)

On New Years Eve, of course of all days... The heat went out and we looked on yellow pages for a heating contractor i called a few most didn't even respond and the ones that did wanted a million dollars...I came across Linos Hvac and within 45 mins i had a tech at the door. He even put on this protective sleeve over his boots so he wouldn't make a mess !!! hows that for service.Within 20 mins he had my furnace back on, being that i had 13 guests for dinner that night they were a LIFE SAVER !!! Thank you so much for your services... happy new year it was!!!
