Provided by YP.comIt is my extreme pleasure to rate for of upland as 5 stars. I went to Citrus, Sunrise and Chino Fords - no one would even test ride me but Joe Silveara drove me in test trucks and let me choose. Within 30 minutes I had my new truck. Viva Ford of Upland!!!

Provided by YP.comI have been to there service department several times back in 05-06 with my mustang and they were wonderful to me back then. I feel like I am having transmission issues again and brought it back for them to take a look. I am one of the stupid ones that purchased the useless extended warranty. They guy there "Rick" told me it would be minimum of $90.00 for them to even look at my car, and I would and could be responsible for $500-$700 for them to tear apart the tranny and if its bad, the extended service inspector still might not approve the repairs. He was rude and extremly NOT HELPFUL. I informed him when I was there before how helpful they were and had a mechanic come out and drive the car to see if he felt what I did and what he thought without charging me anything. He said they could do that, but then didnt even offer it. I'm a female that went there alone and felt as if they were going to take me for a RIDE... I called the General Manager "Mike" about it and he was also less then helpful and could care less about losing 2 customers, which he did. Its sad, now that the economy is bad, so is my expensive extended warranty that I purchased. They basically stole my money. THANKS ALOT FORD!
The Mustang was way, way out of warranty from when she brought it in 5 years ago, we were being honest telling her that if we got into the trans, this is how much it would be, and could be still more... because she's out of warranty we went from hero in '05 to zero in 2011, i did offer her repairs at employee rate but she was angry and hung up on us.
