My car broke down during a morning drive from Chicago to Urbana and I needed my car back for the return drive that afternoon. PDR Automotive fixed my car that day and got it ready for me in time. Everyone I spoke to in Urbana about it commented on what a fine and trustworthy company PDR Automotive is. I am certainly grateful for the service I received and I wholeheartedly recommend the company to everyone.

They were able to work on my car even though I drove in with out an appt. while waiting the were so helpful to get me to and from a doctors appt. truly amazing. fantastic

He and his "Technicians" took immediate action to satisfy my needs, a complete thorough inspection, followed detailed estimates to complete repairs needed all sent to me via email. John and the staff at PDR are beyond compare, truly a great experience!

I went in today because my car felt like it was pulling to one side. I just moved to the area three days earlier and it made me nervous to have a car possibly break down when I'm starting a new job and have no connections yet to ask for rides/help. The repairman looked my car all over and even went on a ride with me. He was totally honest with me saying that he felt my car was safe and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Any other place would have "found" something or made up a problem. As a woman, I really appreciated that he did not take advantage of me. I will be back here for ALL my auto maintenance needs as long as I'm in Champaign (which hopefully is for a long time- I'm sick of moving!)

There is nothing wrong. The price was reasonable, although it could have been a few bucks cheaper. Overall, they provide good service.

This business was very honest and they told me the recommended services from another business were unnecessary. When I went to other businesses, they ripped me off.

I'm glad PDR took the time to fully inspect my truck. They found 2 U Joints on the front drive shaft that were in need of repair. I like the way the inspection form is written out. Very easy to read and understand.
