I moved to Valdosta about 10 months ago and was looking for an auto service garage. I asked a few people where I worked, when I went the recommended garages I was very unhappy with attitude and treating me like I was not important. So, I decided to take it upon myself to look around and that’s when I found WALKERS AUTO REPAIR. I have been so happy with the service and the customer care that I have received from them. This is a business that knows who to treat their customers and keep them happy. Their pricing is very fair and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs any kind of service on their car (even an oil change).

Friendly Honest and well priced. Been using Walker's for years and never had a problem. Highly suggest this place.

I am a VSU college student & I always take my car to Walkers because they have excellent mechanics, reasonable prices & great Customer service.

Walker's Auto Repair was very nice and was willing to answer any questions I had.They are very honest people and the labor is reasonable, which is something I can appreciate being a college student.

I recently had my car serviced for what I thought was a bad starter. Well , they tried to see if any battery cables were corroded and turns out it was. It was fixed for acouple hours. Turns out it was my starter. I called and they had a tow truck at my door the next day and took it to the shop to put a starter right in. In my eyes honesty is key. Good quality service. Everyone I have taken either of my vehicles here, the service had been excellent. Even when they checked out my car and weren't able to repair that specific need, they referred me to someone who could. They are always friendly and helpful.

Beware! Dropped off vehicle for a scheduled appointment on Friday for a 4 hour cv axle replacement job. Vehicle didn't get touched until noon on Saturday and I received a phone call stating they had looked up the wrong labor hours and it was supposed to be a 6 hour job. No worries. To summarize the next 5 days they did not finish the job because they were too small time to have the equipment to push in wheel bearings and the price went up $300 than quoted because they were too small time to account for all parts needed to do the job. After having my vehicle for 7days, I went to pick up and they would not honor the 10% military discount advertised on their website. I was told that was on labor only and that they would change their website to reflect. This shop sucks you in with their cheap labor rates, but I guess what they say is true "You get what you pay for"!

Walker's is a great place for car service. They are friendly and they do extremely wonderful jobs. I love Walker's, im gonna be a permanet customer. SATISFACTORY SAYS IT ALL!!

In short... AWESOME SERVICE, LOW PRIECES, GREAT COMMINICATION, AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Now here's for my story... Brand new to the area and my truck breaks down on the side of the road at 11pm. I pull out my phone, click on my YP app and on a hope and a prayer I pick Walker's. AAA dropped my car off in their lot. At 8am the next morning I call them explaining my situation. I told them that we have planne a vacation this Friday and that I would really need my truck. They told me they would bring it right in and have a look. Much to my astonishment I revive a call back in 3 hours saying that my truck is fixed and ready for pick up! They told me how much the repairs were, I practically do a dance when I heard how LITTLE this was going to cost me. I went to pick up my truck, they went over the costs, the man who do the repair came out and explained them directly to me and I was out of there. I would tell anyone to go there!

I love Walker's auto. It is a great place to get repairs to your car and the customer service is excellent.They get you in and out, and they will also drop you off if you have somewhere to be, like class.This is an excellent and affordable auto repair shop. I will be a devoted customer from now on. I encourage any college students to come here for their repairs because they will work with you.

They are very hospitable and treat you like family there. They did a great job on my car and I recommend they're work above anyone in town.

As soon as you walk in through the front door you feel like you are at one of your relatives locations. They helped me with mechanical problems that i didn't even know that they were specialized in. I would come from Tallhahassee to get auto repair work done here anytime

As a college student, I'm on a strict budget that doesn't leave much room for expensive car repair costs. That's why I like Walker's! They have great, reasonably priced service with a smile. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The staff was friendly and my vehicle was repaired in a timely matter. I will be going back for more work in the futrue.

We recently received excellent service during our visit to Walker's Auto Repair. The work was completed quickly and professionally. During the service work, if they discovered any additional problems, then they let us know prior to performing any additional work. They even worked with the dealership to obtain special parts for the HVAC system. They always have coupons in the newspapers, which can be used in conjunction with the existing low prices.

Service was quickly done and at a fair price. Showed and told me everything that was wrong and what had to be replaced.

I had a auto emergency on my Land Rover, the service was above and beyond in every respect. I was 4 hours from home and could not have asked for better service and they were extremely nice.
