If you need a professional and licensed plumber who shows up as promised and does great work, then you need to call The Pipe Doctor Plumbing and Heating.

SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE. It should be obvious that all the glowing reviews here were written by the company and its employees. Unfortunately, I was too stupid to realize that when I called them. If you are looking for someone reliable and reasonable, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

If your central ac needs repair, you must call Pipe Doctor. They are experienced, have reasonable rates and they get the job done!

The Pipe Doctor answered the phone this afternoon when others were closed. They came very quickly.

It gets better, the uniformed technician, Mike, arrived within ONE HOUR as promised!

My AC went out one evening and I called The Pipe Doctor, even though they were booked the next day they were able to fit me in that evening. The repairman that came out was very professional, fast and knowledgable; the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and compassionate. The repair cost was reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable for the Long Island area. I would definately recommend this company to others.

This company is exceptional at making their customers #1. They answered their phone by a real person and came on time to our home in Valley Stream to fix our plumbing.

I called last winter again, this time, I needed a service call, but scheduled it for during the day. They arrived on-time and quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot as promised on their website.

My husband and I called on The Pipe Doctor Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning last week to repair our broken central air conditioning. We were in desperate need as I am 8 months pregnant. Without even needing further explaination, the call center said someone would be there within minutes! Seriously, they arrived within 8 minutes!! WOW! Thats exceptional service. The tech did all he could to salvage a 40 year old system but within an hour my house was getting cooler. Thank you!!

This company, especially Mike, is top notch! We will not hesitate to call them again. He even placed these green valve tags on our valves inside our home. Now that is VALUE!

we needed our water heater replaced and called the Pipe Doctor. They arrived on time and replaced the water heater quickly preventing a major flood.

They arrived within 30 minutes and honored regular weekday prices on Sunday night. The repair, which was the replacement of the cycling motor, was done within an hour. The parts were reasonably priced and within the prices I could of by them myself, so they didn't take adavantage of my situation. Again, Great Service!!!!

I called for emergency service @ 8:45 am on Tuesday 28, 2009 and they said the charges will be $145.00. After 3 hours i was still waiting. Definitely i would not recommend this company.

I had 2 other heating companies come out and both said my boiler needed to be replaced. My friend gave me the Pipe Dr. number and when they came it only needed to be repaired. I had my heat working in 2 hours! WOW! Great job guys! The even offered me a service contract on my boiler.
