seriously, good and bad thoughts about this company but dammit you are buying used cars, not new, they try to be as open as they can and allow you test it check it run it, if you dont do your homework, no one to blame but yourself, and who the hell ever buys a used saab? lol

10/2014 I visited this lot (Cash on hand, which they weren't aware of) I was searching for a DECENT vehicle that was AFFORDABLE! All I saw while there was a bunch of over priced lemons! They were friendly, but unwilling to even try to budge when it came to the Durango I was interested in. The Mileage was outrageously high for the price they were asking! Due to them being friendly to me I gave them 2 stars only and I am sure the car lot down the road appreciated my business that day!

This is the WORST Car Dealer I've ever had the displeasure of ALMOST dealing with. I went in on 5-19-14 to look at a used 2004 Chevy Cavalier. Internet said the price was under 2997. I went and test drove the car and was very interested. I asked the gentleman who was working with me, to show me the Car Fax. He said "Sure, no problem". He went back into the little office, and a couple minutes later a different guy came out and asked if I was the one who requested the Car Fax. I said yes, and he very rudely said "We can't do business with you". I asked why not and he replied that we don't share the Car Fax. He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. On my way out the door, I asked another employee if that was the owner. He said, "NO, that's the manager". Wow. Really??? I had 1200 dollars cash in my pocket and was ready to do business with them (was going to finance the remainder of the purchase price). I was also told by the guy who went on the test drive with me that he didn't think the car was under 3000 dollars as listed, but thought it was 3999. I came home and checked. Yep, it was 2997. Very unprofessional and I'll NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

This has got to be the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Matt Austin, him self helped me find the car that I wanted. I bought a BEAUTIFUL Red VW Beetle from them, at a Great Price, and low miles. The car has had 0 problems! He was the nicest sales person/owner of a company that I've ever dealt with! I would like to say to any of you who give them a bad rep, you should have done your home work, and tested the car first. I drove this car for several miles, before I decided to buy it! And matt was there helping me all the way! GREAT car Company and Great people.

This is the worst car company you can ever come into contact with. I bought a car from this place a few years ago after looking at about 15 other ones on the same lot that were pieces of crap. I'm glad I brought two mechanics along with me. One Saab we looked at blew its headgasket while we drove to Winco and the Salesman said it just "smells like oil sometimes but it's nothing to worry about."

Don't be fooled by the fake reviews, 5 stars? Pah. I wouldn't even give this place one. Go up to Hazel Dell Motors. I bought a 98 Honda Accord and she works like a dream, has 224k miles, no problems besides an o2 sensor that needs to be fixed.

Also, the signs that Austin's Auto has up? Really racist and really off-putting. I wouldn't have ever gone in had I seen "That Kenyan Is Not My President" when I bought my first car. Disgusting people and disgusting crooked place.

A bunch of liars and crooks. Totally rude salespeople. Our sales guy was HITTING ON MY MOTHER THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE TRYING TO LOOK AT A CAR. Disgusting. And he was married, if that tells you what kind of people they employ.



Plus, the car turned out to be a total lemon. Would love to hop on board that class action lawsuit, Robert. I sunk $3500 into it trying to fix it. But finally had to get rid of it and buy another car. From Pat Moore. Wonderful group of guys just North of Austin's on 99. Seriously, go there instead.

Don't be fooled by fake reviews! These guys buy and sell lemons, cars they know have problems but that wouldnt be apparent in a short test drive (they don't let you test drive long). Bought a BMW with a leaky head gasket, a 3k+ job. Will lie and deceive to get your money, seem nice until something goes wrong then watch out for extreme rudeness and in unprofessionalism. Not sure how these guys stay in business being the crooks they are, and wish i was rich so i could sue. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

We just bought a vehicle there last week the sales man was very friendly however there was one man who sat in the lobby and glared at us the whole time. When we ended up buying our vehicle the led us to believe the tank was on full...only to find out on our way home the fuel gage is broken as well as the AC we called them rihht away. They were rude and no help at all. We them called them again to ask about our payment and the lady was rude and refused to help. Worst place I had ever gone to. Liars and crooks, all of them!

We are REAL customers, who bought a truck for 4k from them, and it broke before we even got it home, and they REFUSE to fix ANYTHING. THEY YELL AT YOU FOR BOTHERING THEM, THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU. We are considering filing a class action lawsuit. If you are dumb enough to buy a car after talking to ANY of their customers, then you deserve the lemon you bought. Jeremy Simpson is a scam artist, but they will be shut down in Kelso wa. real soon. It's not fair that I HAD to give it one star. I'm getting an attorney.

I am 19 years old and just got my first car at Austins. My dad took me there because we have bought four cars for our family at Austins over the past two years. We wouldn't keep going back if we weren't happy with them. They sell inexpensive vehicles at discounted prices. I love my new Jetta and couldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for their easy inhouse financing. Thanks again Austins!!

Honest salesman and staff. They went through each car with me and were completely honest about any problems the car may have. It was refreshing getting honesty from a car lot. I've been to several over the last few weeks trying to find a new car. Bought one from Austin's and don't regret it!

Came in here a whim because I'm on a pretty limited budget thanks to life :-) The salesman was beyond friendly and showed me cars I could afford. Never pushed me to spend more then I had, was completely honest with me about any issues there may have been with each vehicle I looked at. Was definitely the first car experience I've had in a long time that didn't make me feel like I needed a shower after purchasing my vehicle!

I just bought a car from here, and I can't believe how cheap I got it for! I couldn't be happier. It runs and drives perfect and all the staff were so friendly and funny. I will definitely be back here. It's so rare to find a company that treats you like family!

I'm on a pretty strict budget so I checked this lot out because they have some amazing prices. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received! The staff here are amazing. I will definitely tell everyone I know to check them out, and whenever I am ready for another car I will be back!

we have the same problem me and my friend went into Austin's and got two car's the down payment was suppose to be 800 he changed it to 900. and now our payment is a day late and the lady in the vancouver office has called us yelling and not only us but even called my mother and spoke to her very rude. When I told her what the papers I have say about having 10 days she told us that those are not the right ones they just gave them to us because we signed them. Well I just called her to see if we could come and pick up the right papers since ours are wrong and was told to have our attorney contact her to get them from her. Wish I would of done more checking into this place before I went to them.

Dan was extremely pleasant and patient to deal with. We test drove and closely examined 5 cars before making our final decision. He was very thorough in the explanation of the contract, and made sure we got the vehicle below sticker price. Thanks a lot Dan for all your help.

My visit here went great. The service was excellent and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. The name says it all because the prices were very reasonable. They're also willing to work with you on the financing side of things.
