Who is going to believe 200 "5 star" ratings in the past MONTH!!!! . These are obviously being written by the moron owner Matt Austin Ex Con after his little 3.5 year stint in prison and his ex-con crew he hired when he got out - all the actual sales people who fought his bipolar ranting when he was in Prison threw in the towel when he came back to "run" (into the ground) what was already a failing business - they just sold off the other lot they had and the owners house has been foreclosed on. He's not taking his pills obviously - it would be sad if he wasn't an assh**le on and off them.

Just search in citysearch and you will see "5 star" reviews for ALL their dealerships

Let us be honest here. Car buyers are the most hard to please customers even when the dealer is being very honest and doing everything in their power.

These guys are so dumb that they make their dishonesty stick out like a sore thumb No wonder everyone in Vancouver buys from Portland dealerships. I will never buy anything from these morons and will never ever take a car it for service - if they even still have a service department left. i would rather drive 15 miles and go to a dealer in Portland than to deal with these dishonest morons This dishonest and immensely unpopular dealership is getting desperate, and they have hired a moron in their marketing department. There are 158 fake, duplicate positive reviews written in blocks of 10 and 20 and on 05-28 a "pinocchio" sized 150+ on one day! Absurd! On Yahoo there is a ridiculous solid block of 30!!! Look for yourself its insultingly obvious. Insider pages 60+ bear face lies. Check the date stamps I'm not kidding!!! WTF??!! Here on YP see for yourself the mounting same day fakes. They follow real customer complaints that "disappear". It's not just here its insider pages, Yahoo reviews and a few other smaller sites.



There are 15 negative reviews - mostly pointing out the above. The owner, Matt Austin, keeps panicking and pumping out fake reviews daily, I'm not kidding look at the date stamps. He doesn't know what else to do so makes the problem more obvious every day. The lies are copied from older lies all over the internet - sometimes different lies under the same user name on the same day!



The funnier ones (if this is funny) are grandmothers who call their grandchildren "nieces" - single moms who decide to to "Research" and uncover amazing details that end in a mills & boon religious experience, ex-cons who drive out fighting tears of joy at the wonder of being blessed with a 30% interest loan which changes their life, loyal "customers" talking about meeting the owner at the lot when.... he was in PRISON at the time!



Matt Austin is a Bi-Polar criminal who has completely lost it. I feel almost sorry for the ex-con staff.



If you don't understand this statement then go to Austins and get the crap ripped out of you because your even dumber than they are.



Here's what will happen. The owner, Matt Austin will take your trade in and finance you. When you have nearly paid it off and / or fixed it up, he'll 86 you from the property, or tell you its ok to pay late verbally, or tell you he can't take your payment because the card machine's not working today etc etc



Then he will repo your car and lie about it, threaten you and re-sell your car illegally. Sometimes cars are sold three and four times.



Even if you pay cash, they frequently pull the fuse on the engine warning light, air bag light or put very little fuel in the cars so the "test drive" is very short, make up excuses not to go on the freeway. Small time dealerships like Austins Affordable Autos get the left overs at auctions that the big dealers didn't want. Thiese cars come from a pool of unwanted cars people traded in because they were sh*t, and he ends up with the left over sh*t the other dealers didn't want and trys to cover up the defects, inflate the price and sell it. To YOU.



Its a huge risk buying a car like that and the horror stories keep mounting and getting deleted.



This is what the deleted reviews are about and this is why I'm warning you all. They are bad people with evil in their hearts and the type of ex-cons you feel uneasy around. The fat guy with skinny legs is Matt Austin. Fortunately he's almost broke so we won't have to put up with the scum anymore. If I can save just one person by writing this it was worth it.

there.including me. they are supper nice and treat you very well, even had a play area



for the kids while i talked to the salesmen. they get what your going through and want

bought a nice car for cheap. Car is still running great.

I had a good experience here. I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. They finance people with crappy credit. Either, put up or shut up. Simple as that.

If you think this dealership is awesome. You are absolutely correct. These guys are so wonderful I keep telling people about this business & and everyone that i have recommended has told me that they were happy and satisfied with their car. Go see these guys. They will be sure to take very good care of you.

My husband and I needed to get a cheap car and fast so that I could make it to work daily. We live out in the country and I needed a reliable, cheap, gas saving car. I looked around at the other local used car dealerships and could not find what I was looking for. When I pulled onto the lot the salesmen were friendly and very helpful. The owner sat down with us and was able to finance us, take our older car, and put us into a 2002 Honda Accord that was like new! I have now been driving this car for over a year and I haven't had one problem! I LOVE coming in to make payments because the staff is so fun and energetic. They are always there to help...this business is very dedicated to its' customers and their well being.

I came in with my family to buy an inexpensive car we quickly noticed that they had the cheapest prices around. We looked at several good cars, our sales man was friendly and courteous. When we picked out a car it was an easy and quick process to get qualified and approved for financing. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Austin's Affordable Autos.

After reading the reviews for Austin Affordable Autos, I thought I better write one too. I



drove onto the lot, had exactly what I was going to spend for a down payment in my



pocket, and a good idea of what I was looking for. The salesman, Robert, came out



to greet me after about ten minutes and my wife and I were looking at a beat up



Piece of junk of a Chevy pick-up. It wasn't having a very good time on the test drive,



smoking, and lurching, not to mention the interior was horrible. Robert was telling



us that the truck was in sad shape, and it needed a lot of work. I moved away from it



as we parked it. My wife went looking around the lot and we found a GREAT Dodge



Dakota, right in our price range, perfect bed, super clean interior and even had a



good cd player. Yet they had to jump it to get it started, and jump it to keep it running,



meaning a new battery. They actually made a deal with us to fix the entire exhaust



system after a subtle hint that we would look elsewhere. Did I mention it was either



the exhaust or the rear window that they would fix, not both? Anyway, they did the



repairs on the truck for us, I picked it up a couple days later. A week later we took the



truck to California. It was the best running truck I have ever driven. Did awesome in



the snow in December, both in Vancouver and Portland. To date it hasn't let me



down not once. And as far as Austin's customer service, they have been pretty cool



with us. Our payments are made on time, the truck is running great and its getting



ready for a trip to Colorado in March. I expect the trip to go well. thank you Austin's for



helping us add the tuck to our family.







* Pros: They have alot of cars to pick from, and they are affordable.



* Cons: You get what you pay for, and thats the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so!!

This review stuff is getting out of CONTROL...



Not everyone is going to have a wonderful experience, & that goes for any used car lot... if you don't pay your bill, of course your car is going to get repossessed! It's common knowledge & anyone who doesn't know that must not be very smart.



USED CARS! This automatically means, somewhere down the road your going to have problems, with the car... Again, common knowledge. It's a USED CAR!!



Also, this is a place to write reviews on your experiences. What in the world are you doing?? Not everyone is going to have a good experience, depending on their attitude & the salesperson. That does not give someone the right to call someone "DUMB" just because they had something good to say about their experience. You have to be "DUMB" to be so judge mental & think just because someone had a good experience somewhere, they automatically are DUMB.



At the end of the day. This is what I have to say...



While i was at Austins Affordable, I seen some guy try to test drive a vehicle, revving the engine while in park. So someone, I'm guessing Matt Austin, kicked him off of the lot. I would too, that is how you break cars. REVVING THE engine so high while in park, is asking to throw a throttle through the engine block. I'm a girl, & even I know this. That was the only rude treatment I seen go on while I was there & I would have done the same exact thing, except I would have asked that jerk to give me his keys, so I can then Rev his engine R.P.M's till it started knocking.



My experience was good. I guess you just have to go in there & see for yourself. They say, "different strokes for different folks." I like them, some may not, & some may feel the same. Don't let me or others determine where you go.



Funny thing is i drove past there the other day & their sign reads "AWFUL SERVICE, BUT GREAT DEALS" I started laughing really hard. I don't remember that their service was bad, but I do remember that they had "GREAT DEALS!" I've had my car for over a year. It still runs.
