Just had George out for another repair...as always - On time, through, and helpful. I have always forund them to be honest and extremely resonable in pricing.

George Jr. was right on time....he finished the job in about 12 minutes. He knew the appliance well and had a good idea what the problem was before he got to the house. His fees were very reasonable. We'll use George again when the need arises, and highly reccomend him. Thank you George.

I called Banceu's based on the previous reviews. I was not sorry I did. On the phone they were helpful, knew what they were talking about and were accomodating to my schedule. When George came to work on my dishwasher he was on time, personable and pleasant. He was able to answer all my questions and do the job in an effecient and timely manner. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if the need arises.

My dryer stopped working on a Thursday night, with the weekend approaching and kids running out of clothes there was no way I could make it with out a dryer. I called George Friday morning and he was out to fix the dryer by late afternoon. Great service, reasonable rate, and friendly. I would highly recommend Banceu's for any appliance repair. They will be the ones I call for any future needs! Thank you!

these guys were great, needed stove fixed they came out and fixed for a great price.

I just had Banceu's Appliance come out today to fix a dryer latch and it came out to be $150!!! He charged $60 to go get a part. $150 for a broken latch?! He was only there 15 mins. I do not recommend this company.

I highly recommend 'Banceu's Appliance' if you're looking for a refurbished appliance. They're a Family owned / operated business, honest, hard working, give a 90-day warranty and will go out of their way to satisfy customers. My Husband and I are both disabled and needed to replace our stove, but we couldn't afford a new one. I originally found this company on Craigslist where they were offering a refurbished stove for sale. I called them and arranged to have the refurbished stove delivered to our Home and the old stove removed... for no additional charge like some places charge. I loved the replacement stove at first, but discovered some flaws. I called 'Banceu's', told them the problem and they informed me if they couldn't repair the stove it would be replaced. We had another replacement stove delivered to our Home within 2 days. I LOVE the one they brought the second time and I plan on calling them in the future whenever we need any appliance replaced. Banceau has come out twice. They were really honest with me and made sure I had an exact price quote. They were able to come out when I was avilable and acted in a professional way. The second time they didn't even charge me because the problem wasn't fixable. They also offered to help install a new machine and take the old on even though I didn't by from them. You can tell they are family owned and I just really got a good vibe.

I have used Banceu's Appliance three times. First time was after a resident in one of our rental apartments caused a fire inside a clothes dryer by trying to dry a flammable liquid!! I called George at Banceu's Appliance. Before I could even get home to Vancouver from Seattle, where I was that weekend, George had removed the destroyed dryer and taken it to his workshop for inspection. Unfortunatly the dryer was far too melted for repair. He explained the situation without trying to get me to spend money fixing it when purchasing a new one was more cost efficient. After I bought another dryer he installed it easily. The charges were beyond fair and the propness of his response was unbelievable.Second time we used Banceu's appliance, the same man, George, came to our rental property to install a new fridge and repair a stove element. He was fast and the charge was again very fair.
