Always on time and a fair price. Quoted one amount, but found not as much work was necessary and the difference was refunded. Recommend.

Brandon was great at explaining things to me and teaching me about my furnace. He let me watch on while he worked.
Also, he was on time.

I would not hesitate to recommend this business. Dave came out and gave us an estimate and showed up on the day that the install was to be done just to ensure that everyone was on the same page. The crew helped move things out of the way and cleaned the entire area even though it was not their mess. The lead installer was hearing impaired but he was fantastic. He communicated with us in ways that we could understand. Great job and service. Thank you

went to the big boys first (miller's) and they said I could make an appointment the following Tuesday.....this was on Friday with 30's temp forecast .
I laughed at them and continued with my search to fix the blower on heater. it was my next call to smart choice, and they set up service the same day.
the tech was on time, very courteous, informative. checked out wiring and determined that a capacitor was the culprit. within 1 hour all was working great.
thanx to smart choice I was warm again and very happy with service.

Smart Choice was very prompt and professional. They came out the morning after I called and explained everything as they made the repairs.

Excellent service. Very reasonable prices. On time, very knowledgeable, very personable tech David did a fine job helping me with my AC. Even noticed my trash can holder next to AC unit was missing a nut and fixed it! So glad I called Smart Choice and signed up for the maintenance schedule. Totally worth the peace of mind with this excellent company.

Brandon from smart choice diagnosed the issue in under 20 minutes and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was professional,animal friendly and made sure I understood every option available to me. He explained my system and how to properly maintain it. I will use smart choice if I have any future issues.

My recent service call from Smart Choice was good. David is a star, for sure, and never disappoints. However, there is always a problem with communication within the company and with the customer, as there was this time. But David was exemplary. The best things about Smart Choice Heating and Cooling are John and David. They are both perceptive, forthcoming, knowledgeable, agreeable.

Have been using Smart Choice for the last 11 years and have been totally satisfied. They have maintained our HVAC equipment through their yearly service program without issues or problems. John was out recently and did an outstanding job of solving a repair issue eliminating a costly repair bill.

Smart Choice Heating and Cooling is an amazing company that my husband and I have 100% confidence in. We used them several times in the past for furnace repairs and were always super impressed with how quickly and professionally they took care of things. When it was time for us to purchase new gas heating and AC units they were the obvious choice for us. We could not be happier with the units and the service we received. When unexpected complications arose, they made sure to address them and make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. Nick did a beautiful job leading the install and ensuring everything was seamless. They provide some design aspects that are small but really smart and useful such as clear P-traps with little brushes to clear them out. The install not only looked good but was well thought out. David took his time walking us through the quote and options and making sure we got exactly what was right for us. The whole install team really went above and beyond and we recommend them highly.

I would recommend this company, wholeheartedly!! They were early, but also notified me in good time so that I came back home to be with the technician. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I plan to keep their information readily on hand so I can utilize their expertise again.
