This lawyer will set Sister against Brothers and Brothers against Sister. All the while, he is collecting fees from a failing, widowed, mother, because of the war he created ! If you value the goodwill inside your family, if you value democracy and fair play within your family, stay away from these people. They have set up a trust and will that has set off a family war worse than the War of the Roses. STAY AWAY !!!!

We formed a Living Trust with Robert Kulas Firm almost 20 years ago. Over the years we have updated some pages. At times when questions arose, Robert was approached by the two of us for reassurance about the directions we were going. He did just that. Then there was necessary help and contact needed regarding an insurance issue. Jeff helped us with that. We have seen the firm grow over the years and we were often helped so that we have felt as though we were dealing with family. We have been very comfortable with the relationship.

It’s surprising how little we actually know about estate planning. Through the Kulas Firm I have received an education, a very valuable one at that. Without their help I could have made some terrible mistakes that would have affected my future and my wishes.
