Aurora Mortgage had some of the best rates and a very user friendly website. One of their loan officers, David Gravely was extremly helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me understand the process of getting my new mortgage. I would strongly recommend Aurora Mortgage and David Gravely for your mortgage.

Aurora Mortgage ( Aurora Financial) helped me save almost $400 a month on my Mortgage payments. from our first contact with Scott Kleinman,the process was a lot easier and smoother than any of the other mortgages I ever had. Aurora's rates and terms were the best I could find. I was very skeptical about doing business stricktly on line at first, but having the documents sent to me for my electronic signatures took all of about 5 minutes to finish. They closed my loan in about 3 weeks. The easiest amd best thing I ever did to save almost $5,000 a year. Anyone would be crazy to go anywhere else for their mortges.

Please do not do business with this lender under any circustances. Stan was unresponsible and, at times, downright rude and insulting. He does not have a clear understanding of how the underwriting rules work for cash out mortgages, and ordered an appraisal of my property ($400) that I had to pay out of pocket, before coming back to me and telling me that I would have to bring $20,000 to the closing table. Terrible company. There are many lenders out there, please go with someone else.
