Provided by YP.comJust wanted to thank the lucky motors team John was my sales man and just went above and beyond as far as find me the right car I will never go anywhere else drove about 6 different cars John wanted to make sure we had found the right one for me. I ended up buying a Acura MDX and I love it. Andy did the financing and did it fast. See you soon guys. Thanks

Provided by YP.com.... I was under no pressure at all and they even picked me up from Midway airport at their expense. Ovewrall, I rate them a 5 out of 5 for just being friendly and most importantly, having what I want and describing the vehicle exactly as it appeared in person. Because I flew in to pick up with a one-way ticket, an accurate and honest description of any vehicle is key! These guys did just that.

Provided by YP.comI came into the dealership looking at a used Mercedes G55 and possibly a Porsche Cayenne. Lucky motors had an amazing selection for both. I was very pleased with Roman Tylka, my salesman. He knew his inventory and was super polite and not the usual used car salesman. We drove multiple vehicles until I was satisfied with the RIGHT ONE. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes and I couldn’t be any happier!! I got a great deal, and the GM Rikky took care of me on the warranty. A++++ work. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone!! Will be back there to do more business in the future. Thanks

Provided by YP.comI saw the listing on the internet and called dealership. Roman did a great job of returning our inquirer quickly and efficiently. Essentially trading in our Range Rover for a Mercedes with a couple of phone calls. Had excellent knowledge of many vehicles/models and would definitely work with him again. Love our new G class SUV!

This is a warehouse dealership that sells cars that supposedly pass "CERTIFICATION". While I was test driving the car I asked the salesman, Andy Abdallah, why there was a thumping rotating noise and he told me that was how the engine sounded and that it was completely normal and working perfectly. After I put around 350 of the easiest miles on the car I have ever put on a car it suddenly got much louder and started to shake hard. The same sound I asked about just got louder meaning the flywheel was already on its way out which I didn't know. They said it was fine and certified. I wonder why they have a lawyer on payroll, they are constantly dealing with upset people for selling broken down cars. Andy suggested I drive the car around for another 1000 miles so I can fraudulantly report a problem to the warranty company. Can somebody please arrest this jerk? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY'RE THIEVES

So after I purchased this warranty, which they told me would cover such a problem, their mechanic told me that this wouldn't be covered and he wouldn't put a claim in. After I explained this to the Andy, he suggested that

It has now been two months and after several emails and calls I will be fixing the TPMS myself as the dealer no longer has the intent to pay. It still says it needs to be calibrated but as it hasn't been fixed from time to time it will say I have a flat tire and chime constantly. I also have come to learn several other things about the car and have had to make several repairs. The car itself was not a friend of the owners unless he is a auctioneer in Florida. The car has also been in a major accident and at one point the bumper has been replaced and painted, and not well painted, it has already started to crack with the cold winter. The hood is also slightly misaligned and cracking the body paint on the front panel. When I emailed the info regarding the TPMS fix they staunchly denied the car had ever been in an accident until I brought up the fact the VIN numbers on the replaced parts did not match the VIN of the car. In addition to having to fix the TPMS myself a few other things have

Be aware of this dealership , Don't let the price fool you.Poor customer service , no safety inspection , no after sales customer service they don't even have a customer service rep.Everyone is a manager there.Have the car inspected three times before you buy a carfrom them. The new Luxury Motors of the used car business.I can tell you too many stories about them thru people Imet online and they bought cars from them. It's just a matter of time , the same way Luxury Motors went down.Check List :1-Make sure the price is right (They dropp the prices every couple of days)2-Make sure the car is available.3-Make sure you see the car before buying iy.4-Make sure you have the car inspected before you buy it.5-Make sure all the work if any is done on the car before you drive it away.6-Make sure they payoff your car if you're trading in your previous one.7-Make sure the car is safe to drive. That's it I guess , you might want to spend a little bit more and get a car from better deal
