Bay Lake Retirement & Assisted Living Community is a retirement community that provides assisted-living facility to senior citizens. Located in Virginia Beach, Va., the community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and provides daily meals, housekeeping, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation and complimentary laundry services to the residents. Bay Lake Retirement & Assisted Living Community offers apartments that include fully-equipped and full-sized kitchens. Bay Lake Retirement & Assisted Living Community also provides a computer room and a library to the residents and offers a private dining room for family and guests. It has a crafts room, exercise room and outdoor patio area. The center offers a beauty salon and a barbershop. It also provides scheduled transportation services.

I have only great things to say about Bay Lake. The staff is exceptional and treats residents and potential residents with respect and dignity.

They provide a great atmosphere for the residents, a beautiful facility, and a wide array of services.

I was looking for a facility for memory care for my sister and was referred by the legal firm for which was completing the POA for her. After reading reviews, talking with other health care workers and taking to the community director Cameron made the decision that this was the best facility for my sister. Very pleased with the info provided and the facility it self for the services provided. There was a waiting period of 2 to the 4 weeks but it was worth it and my sister is very please with the facility and the staff there. Hope that she will be able to stay there as long as needed as I do not think I could find a 'better' or more caring facility.

I performed at one of the Happy Hour events for the residents at bay lake and had a great time. The residents enjoyed the music and the staff were amazing, they were serving the residents hors d'oeuvres and drinks and it was an awesome way to kick off their weekend! The building is really clean and bright and I can't wait to play here again. thanks bay lake!
