Representatives were kind and helpful to get me to a working situation during a time of illness. My system worked well when it was accidently activated. The callback was quick and handled with calmness bnd no response showed up unexpectedly. It made me feel I was able to count on the service. I have confidence again and that makes me happy.

The first interaction was confusing at best, i was told the pendant would arrive in 5 days and was only given a choice of money taken out of my checking account. They never asked if I had a debit card. Also, was told I would receive an email when it shipped. That did not happen. I called customer service because my account was charged and I still had not received my pendant. All she could tell me was that my pendant shipped. Then I received a call at my work which I never gave permission for anyone to use that number but anyway a gentleman called to apologize for the confusion and he would make it right. Not only did I feel more at ease with him but he had tracked my package for me and gave me a month free for my troubles. He explained everything that made me feel like now I had made the right decision after all, I was about to cancel. I hope all of your reps have his ease of conversation and commitment to making the customer happy. Now, having said that I tested the pendant and it took 60 seconds for 911 to answer. I’m confused, why would 911 answer where you specifically claim your monitoring service does the answering. I did however test it before it was charged, could that have something to do with it, because I can always call 911 myself and not need this pendant. Can someone get back to me?

I Brenda Horsley have called repeatable times trying to let you know I am the one paying the bill for my mom Marilyn Zerba. I am always hopefull these issues were having can be resolved when I call. Since I take care of the bill annual there is no reason to send my mom a bill. So Devante helped me today. Very courteous and praying he resolved this issue.

My call had to do with testing my device. I thought that if I contacted the call center by phone rather than through my device, I could avoid having to go through the emergency protocol. However, Joya assured me that using my device to connect with the call center would not cause any undue problems.
She was knowledgeable​, articulate and professional. I thank Joya and the rest of the Life Protect 24/7 staff for your support.
