Tom has done work on my roof at my Vet Clinic in the past. And I got another leak, in a different part of the roof with the bad storm that just came through. I called him at 4am. He was at my Clinic by 5am. That's what I call service! He was able to fix my leak. I thought I was going to have to shut my Clinic down that day because the leak was right over the electric outlet box. I would recommend this company to everyone I know--

I had a skylight leak for awhile. I called Tom. He came out the same day, gave me the estimate and performed the work that week! I have a 3 year warranty and haven't had a leak ever since. I had 2 other companys come out over the last year. All of them were much more expensive and did not come with a warranty. This is the first company that gave me a warranty.

Tom with Va Roof Leaks was very professional when he came out to inspect our roof. He told me exactly what I needed- explained everything. I have a 10 year warranty on my roof. Him and his crew were on time each day and cleaned the yard up when finished. I have a great looking roof - best in the neighborhood. He was very reasonable. I referred him to my neighbor last week and would use him again.. Job well done!

I had a problem with my roof. It was a difficult leak. I have been dealing with it for along time. I tried to fix it myself. Then I had a Big Roofing company come out. They tried to sell me a new roof, which I knew I didn't need. I called Va Roof Leaks and Tom came out. He fixed the leak. But then it leaked again - in a different area. Tom came back out and fixed it - without charging me anything extra. Even though technically, the leak was in a different area. He stands behind his work. Then he called me a few weeks later to make sure my roof wasn't leaking. It hasn't leaked since. If it does, I have my 3 year warranty. Use this company for your roof!

I had roof that was leaking for the last year. I had 2 Roofing companys come out to work on my roof. When it still leaked and I called them, they said they would not cover the add'l work. So, they were going to charge me for repairing the same leak, again!! I can't even believe a company can do that!! I was referred to Va Roof Leaks from my neighbor. So glad I found Tom. He explained everything to me in detail. He fixed the leak and gave me a 3 year warranty. So, I know if it does leak again, I am covered for the next 3 years. The other 2 Roofing companys I used didn't have any warranty. I would use Tom again and recommend him to family/friends...

We had Tom repair a roof leak and within a month it was leaking again. Since we had the 2 year warranty we called him and he took his own time coming out to repair it again. Now it isn't even a year later and the roof is leaking AGAIN. We have tried to get ahold of him for over a week. He is avoiding our phone calls so that he doesn't have to repair it I'm guessing. Next time we will go with a bigger company that actually has to face the music when they say they will repair something and it doesn't get fixed. I wouldn't let him touch my roof again. We want our money back.

Mr. Knorr, I have called, emailed, had letters sent to your business from the better business bureau in regards to our leak. I find it funny that you are trying to save face by saying that you would love to resolve the issue online so that other readers will think you have resolved this and you won't even call me back after NUMEROUS calls and voicemails. You are the worst business person I've ever met. These things that I am saying are true fact, so if you would like to accuse me of slander I would love to educate you on what the definition of slander is. I would love to warn any person reading this that Tom does not hold up to his "warranty" he just avoids your calls. When I had a legal representative looking into his licensing they couldn't even find his business license listed. Don't trust this guy to do ANY work on your house. Unless you would like a huge headache on your hands.

I was so frustrated!! My roof kept leaking - in the same spot. I hired 3 different companies to fix it. It continued to leak. I called the Roofing companies back and they wanted to charge me for coming back out to fix the leak - that they didn't fix the first time around - which I paid for. I called VA Roof Leaks. They specialize in roof leaks. They were able to fix my leak, finally!! And even gave me a warranty. So if it does leak again, I don't have to worry about paying anything extra.

I called 2 or 3 Roofing companies to fix a leak in my roof. They sent out a Sales Rep that tried to sell me a new roof. VA Roof Leaks came out and identified the problem - I needed a new Pipe Collar. They replaced my Pipe Collar and it fixed my leaky roof. It saved me lots of $$! Plus I got a 2 year warranty. So if it leaks again, I'm covered for 2 years. I would totally recommend VA Roof Leaks. They are honest and reliable.

I had a chimney that was leaking, which left a big water stain on the drywall. When I called - they came out right away and explained why it was leaking. Gave me a written estimate- I even got a Military discount. They not only fixed my chimney leak but also repaired my drywall. I would recommend this company. I will defintely use them again.

I needed a new roof. I got several bids. VA Roof Leaks was the most affordable. I got a written estimate with no hidden costs. Tom kept in contact with me throughout the process. The crew cleaned up and left no debris at my house. I was very impressed with the process.

My skylight was leaking. Another Roofing company said I needed to replace the skylight. When Tom came out - he said I didn't need a new skylight and was able to fix it. It hasn't leaked since. And if it does, I have a 2 year warranty. I would use this company again.

I had a great experience with VA Roof Leaks. It was after hours - around 7pm and storming outside. My roof started leaking and I thought the ceiling was going to cave in - in my baby's bedroom. I was frantic! I called several companies and no one would come out. I called VA Roof Leaks and without hesitation, they came out that evening and stopped my leak. They were very professional. They returned the next day- after it stopped raining and finished the repair. I haven't had a leak since then. I would use them again.
