Ive been going to All Pets for awhile now. It amazing how few good pet stores there are out there. I never have had any problems with any of the stores employees. The fish room is pretty good, nothing to uncommon, but all in all not bad. Tanks look pretty clean compared to other stores. Reptile area is pretty clean. Nice selection of reptiles. Tons of supplies.

i really liked going to this store..the fish were amazing and the puppies were well kept. im not usually a fan of puppies being sold at a pet store.but this place seemed decent i was especialy happy about he bird section..it was very impressive...the employees are very kind and will show you the animals and answer your questions and if they can not answer your questions they will ask someone like there manager.this is a great immpressive store and its clean..i recommend it!!

I have shopped at All Pet's Club in Wallingford for the past eight years or so. Jeff in your fish department is hands down the best employee of yours that we have ever dealt with. I have bought two yellow labs from your store and countless fish, hamsters, plants, supplies, food for both fish, hamsters and dogs. My son and his friend are loyal too All Pets Wallingford because Jeff is a great salesman who is both personable and knowledgeable. Jeff takes the old school approach in building relationships with his customers. Jeff just doesn't dump the fish in the bag and say good bye. Jeff gets five stars from my household! Way to go Jeff!

I wanted to let you know what great experience I had shopping for fish tank plants yesterday.
Jeff took the time to explain the plants and help me understand how to select and care for them. His 50 plus years of fish keeping shows. I'll be back soon for some fish. Great customer service. Thank you!

A pleasant shopping experience.

I have five dogs from this store and have never been more pleased. My oldest is 14 years old and my youngest is 9 mos. The service is impeccable and I have heard on many occasions the store referred to in comparison to a five star hotel. They are licensed and I feel more protected purchasing from professionals rather than backyard breeders. The staff is very compassionate and supportive. This store deserves a two thumbs up!

Our new puppy Zoey (formerly known as Darla in the Wallingford store) is a Dorkie. She is a Dachshund and Yorkie mix . We purchased her yesterday. She is adjusting great and is going on the wee wee pad already. She says hello to her friends Corine and her dog Chaz. She says she'll keep in touch with her friends there. Thanks so much for helping us choose an adorable puppy

Cutest puppies from great breeders! It's hard to say no to them if you take them out to play..

All Pets Club takes the best care of the dogs it sell out of any pet store. If you go to the mall and see the pet store. they are usually covered in crud and in single little cages. At all pets they all play and run around and are cleaned daily.

I just can't imagine a store getting any better than this. If you do buy from them, buy with the confidence that you are at least buying from the best possible pet store and could only do better with a very reputable breeder who just happens to have an available puppy of your desire.

Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff at the North Windham CT store!! I stopped in for the first time yesterday afternoon. I needed help finding a replacement bulb for my leopard geckos' cage, as well as help with crickets. The associate was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for, and what I'd need to make crickets last longer. The store was very clean, had an impressive stock and you could tell the employees are animal lovers at heart. Thanks again for the help and the smiles - I'll be back!! smile emoticon

we purchased our 12week old boston terrier from all pets in Branford.Sam in the pet dept gave us her time and so much help .my new baby is sammie ,a cutie,a handful,but so much joy.she gets on well,or should i say,my 11 yr. old boston maddie gets on well with her. thank you all for your help and taking such good care of these babies until they all get their forever home.

All Pets Club is an outstanding store for the customers. Pricing is extremely competitive, and the product is top-notch. The care for the animals on display is above any other I have seen, and competes on a veterinary hospital level. Staff knowledge of the product and livestock is outstanding.

I feel good at All Pets when I see the pups running around in the large open rooms, having plenty of fun and taking naps. They are NOT spending their lives in a often too crowded 2x3 cell.

This location is great. It has everything you'd need. It is very clean and the fish tanks are nice and large.



Far superior to the their location in Southington. I've started traveling the extra 10 minutes to come here.



The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I have 3 dogs from All Pets Club. They are my life, I treat them as if they were human at times. My experience with the store has been perfect.
