This is the best self storage place ever. Beth and Nandi are the best at Working with your needs. They are very flexible with costs and have great deals. I am very grateful to them for of all their suggestions and ideas to help me with my plan of action for my needs.

Great place to store and keep all your "stuff" safe. Never a worry. I always appreciate the friendly service from everyone in the front office.

It’s been a great experience thus far renting our 2 units with security public storage! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably prices and well-maintained facilities! The flat-bed dollies and elevators are a life-saver!

They are perfect from the space to the customer service. They are helpful and wonderful. I’ve been with them for a year and a half and I can honestly say I’m glad I picked them for a storage space! If you’re looking for a storage look no further this is the place for you!

This is a really great storage facility. I have a lot of experience with storage spaces and this is the best I've had so far. The staff are really helpful, totally responsive and friendly. The buildings are clean and well-equipped. I have total peace of mind about storing things I care about.

Security Public has easy access to freeway and uptown Walnut Creek. It is a clean facility with on site managers.

This place has given me excellent customer service for the past three years. It's clean and easy to get stuff in and out. Mainly, I think their pricing is fair and that they don't jack it up too much each year.

I really like renting a space from this place. It is very secure. And it is clean. The managers are personable and make efforts to assist you. It took me to up to and after the office closed to move my things in. The manager unlocked the trash bin so that I could put some big things in there that I no longer wanted and didn't want to bring into the unit. They also kept the bathroom open in case we needed to use it after we were done moving in. that is great customer service!

I have rented a storage unit at Security Public Storage for almost a year now. I chose this location because it was close to my house and had the best rates in the area. When I went in to tour the unit, I was greeted by the nicest office staff who were very patient with me when I wanted to check out multiple units. The hallways are very clean and well lit. The check in and out process is very secure and I feel very at ease having my items stored there. The office is responsive and making payments is super easy. The only downside is if you go during a busy time, it’s difficult to find parking that’s not blocking another unit (this is a rare occurrence) and sometimes the carts aren’t near by elevator so I have to drag them over from another location. I’ve had storage units all over California and by far- this one is the best!

First time renting from Security Public and the sign in process went smooth and quick. The staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. The entire place was clean and free of debris. I feel my belongings are safe and secure. Thank you.

I didn't know what size storage unit I needed. Beth asked me what I was planning on storing and she suggested a 5' x 12'. She was right!

There is easy access to this storage facility on North Main Street. Managers keep the place clean and bright.
