Rude and snobby receptionists!...

Rude and snobby receptionists!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was taking my dog there for a while now, the receptionists were VERY Snobby and stuck up. Guess that's what happens when they think their so ''brilliant''.

Whenever I had questions, they would look at me as if i was an idiot. ---- far from it.

Apparently you have to know all the answers to questions in regards of your pet.

and mostly, their so expensive! 1 x-ray for my dog costing 90$ !!! oh and plus, they just love to suck out more money out of you when you already have so much to pay.

My dog, had shoulder displasia. so they decided to give me these chewie meds, which i found out from the other vet my dog is now currently going to, WASN'T NEEDED. After given the correct treatment with amazing reasonable prices from the sterling heights animal clinic, I realized that they CARE about the animals there. I got two x-rays for 78$ , 38 $ a piece. better service. I was treated with respect. and the receptionists were so friendly. I am honestly shocked parkview is still up on business. Never going there again, As a pet owner, and a pet lover for my dog, He deserves the best treatment and the best care. Parkview isn't anywhere near good enough. Go to the sterling heights animal clinic, they will give you the best services and respect for your beloved pet.

The staff is nice and friendly...

The staff is nice and friendly. They wait for my puppy to get his vaccines was long and I had to help the Vet hold my puppy because it was only one person and they couldn't do it themself.

The price is very cheap so I will be going here again.

time vs dollar

I called for appt for eye drops for my cat. Stated not an emergency but was told come in today. Arrived at the office, saw the lot packed with cars so I called inside and said "This looks as if office is packed, I can reschedule for tomorrow" and I was told that there was no wait so come in. After waiting for 45 minutes I went to the desk and the girls thought it amusing that I was upset at the wait after being told there was no long wait. If you do not value your time then this is an OK place to go. The Vets for the most part (as I understand) are fairly new but there are many Vet practices in the area with comparable prices, my neighbors say the staff is great, and the wait time is practically nill. This is not the first time I have had to wait almost an hour (or more) and it has been brought to the attention of management staff. I will however guarentee that it is the last. My time is valuable also

Do your pets a favor and take them to somebody that cares.DEFINETELY NOT THESE A.S.SHOLES!

I've been going to this animal hospital for about 8 months every time when I make an appointment I have to wait 30 min to an hour. Why is it called appointment? The other day I called in and told them my dog is in a lot of pain and that it has developed an ear infection and I needed bring it in.They rejected me saying that there are no openings available for the day.How is that possible? When you go to the hospital crying that you're in pain or that you're dying they tell you come back tomorrow? Don't take your pets to these people they don't care about your pets all they care about is money and god forbid to work another 5 minutes over time to see one more poor animal in pain.

Best Vet Ever!

Every time you have an appointment, unfortunately you usually do have to wait about 30 minutes before seeing a vet, however, after this week's experience - I now know why.

My husband and I were on vacation and a relative was watching our dog. He didn't eat for about 5 days, and it was thought he was just sad. When we picked him up on Sunday evening, it was obvious he was starving and dehydrated to the point that he could not walk. We went to an emergency vet that wanted over $700 just to take x-rays and lab work. We didn't trust the vet so we made the decision to wait until the morning to see our vet (I've taken various pets to this vet for over 20 years).

We immediately called Monday morning and were able to get in immediately. We were seen within 10 minutes of walking in, and we were with a vet for 2 hours. Our dog had an object stuck in his intestines and that's why he wasn't eating. The vet provided us w/ options and we decided to do surgery. Our dog could've died if the surgery wasn't performed that day. The vet contacted us several times w/ progress and invited us to come back that evening to see our dog. Everyone was extremely helpful to us in explaining what was happening and I couldn't be more thankful for what they had done.

Not only are they caring vets, but their prices are fair and economical. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, but just be prepared to wait before your appt - as emergencies do happen which is why they run behind at times.
