You all really do provide and excellent service. I appreciate getting the last minute appointment with such short notice to get Lucy in last week. Kind, helpful and very friendly staff, such a great animal hospital!

We are new to the neighborhood and so this is our first visit to Waxhaw Animal Hospital.They are very friendly and we enjoy the service so far.

Dr Bailey is the best. We always get great care, personal, prompt service and satisfied with all. Everyone does such a wonderful job!!

I love the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful explanations they give you about every procedure. I live in the University area but have not found a clinic that comes close to the great service I get here!

The waits are usually long but it is totally worth it. The doctors are there for you and your pet only and not just the money, the staff is not a nightmare and it doesn't stink like a bunch of wet animals. Waxhaw is great!

I've been to many vets before in the past but I've never been to a vet like Waxhaw Animal Hospital. They are so caring and are there for the animals and not just the money! You have won over the hearts of all my animals. Thank you!

This office was comprehensive, attentive, and extremely clear in his communication. They thoughtfully explained the course of treatment and what I could expect from my dog over the next two weeks. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Waxhaw Animal Hospital and Dr. Bailey in particular, though all the vets and tech's were wonderful to me and my dog. I got a call back immediately every time I called, and I called a lot. The prices were better than anywhere else in the area.



They are incredibly compassionate and caring and just wonderful.



My dog needed a surgery that required a specialist that was really expensive and Dr. Bailey took the time to call around to find a place that would do it for a reasonable price.



I would give them 10 stars but the max here is 5.

Our family including Gee Bee, Love Dr. Hessey. Its nice to have a vet that my dog adores, gets in the floor with him, and doesn't mind the slobbering. It's obvious she has heart for animals. Thanks Dr. Hessey.

Waxhaw Animal Hospital has a very clean hospital. This is a nice facility.

I recently took my dog into the Waxhaw Animal Hospital for a general checkup and teeth cleaning. The staff on duty was very courteous and knowledgable. They took the time to explain what they were going to do for my dog, and made sure that I was comfortable with the procedures.



I will soon be taking my cat in for spaying and declawing, and feell that she will also be in good hands.



The prices were on par with anywhere else I had inquired in the area, so what sold me was the caring staff.



I will be sure to recommend Waxhaw Animal Hospital to all of my friends and family in the area, as well as other people I meet, at work or elsewhere.



Thanks to the great doctors and friendly staff at Waxhaw Animal Hospital, I know that my animals will be taken care of whenever they need something.

What a wonderful place to bring your pet!! The vets are kind and caring, paying special attention to my babies! Everyone from the lobby to the checkout wanted to do anything they could to make my visit great. The doctors and techs gave me all the information I needed to take care of my pets in the best way possible. They gave me info about everything from heartworms to fleas. I love Waxhaw Animal Hospital. Waxhaw has changed a lot in the few years I have been here, but I have always found the staff at Waxhaw Animal Hospital to be very friendly and caring. They take time to answer all of my questions, and even if I have to wait for a few minutes, they never rush through my appointments. The doctors have always helped me to find the best plans for me & my pups, without making me feel silly for being an over-bearing dog mom! I will never forget how at ease everyone made me feel when I recently left my little girl for her dental cleaning - I was so nervous about sedating her, but they explained all of the things they do to help keep her safe, and called me with updates. My baby did great, and even though she was happy to see me at the end of the day, she was still giving "kisses" to the technician that worked with her. I couldn't be happier, and I tell all of my friends to go to Waxhaw Animal Hospital!

I am new to the area. Just moved here from New York. Needed to find a vet in the area and asked around the neighborhood. Dr, Burtis and Waxhaw Animal Hospital were recomended by my neighbors. Made an appointment and took my 14 year old cocker to see Dr Hessy for an exam. She was very friendly and found my dog to be in great shape for her age. She recomended a Dental cleaning. I didn't realize how badly she needed one. After the cleaning her breath was much sweeter and her appetite improved. We also changed her diet she needed something for a senior dog. Everyone there were friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and I hear they also have a kennel. It's nice to have everything in one place and convenient . I am planning on adopting a cat soon and will be bringing it in to see Dr. Hessy. By the way compared to my Vet in New York , Waxhaw Animal Hospital is a bargain. Just wanted to add that sinse I did this review that I have used the kennel. My dog stayed 1 week. She was ready when I said that I'd pick up. Sweet smelling and Kennel attendent Eydie said she had a great stay and really enjoyed her playtimes. Thanks to all of the kennel for taking care of my baby.
