Kendell from Cincinnati did a great job on servicing my home for pest control.

Cameron sold us on the service and was great. But recently Kendall came out for a reapplication recently and he was great. In and out quickly, applying inside and out, he handled it professionally and quickly.

Ty was professional and very helpful in helping me understand the service provided in relation to the particular needs of our home. He made sure to cover the exterior of our large home located in a wooded area thoroughly to keep the insects out.

Initial service was the same day I signed up and they were nice and thorough. Just met Kendell for the 3 mo. and he was polite and professional despite the sweltering heat! I am petrified of spiders and J.Kelch took the time to listen to my concerns. He was very professional and worked efficently. After he applied the treatment he walked me around my home and pointed out everything he had done. He went above and beyond spraying in all the areas you normally wouldnt consider. I'm 100% satisfied with Alterra's product and its technicians.

Alterra is a safe and friendly pest control company. Stephanie and Kendell were extremely nice and efficient when they serviced our house today. They explained everything they were doing. They seemed extremely knowledgeable and polite. love having the piece of mind that bugs will not be a problem for us.

Tom S came out to my house this past Saturday. He was so nice and explained everything to me about the service provided. I have noticed mice droppings in the basement, as we live in a wooded area. He completely understood my dislike for sticky traps and provided me with some great options. He even said Alterrapest.com would come back to check any traps. I don't want to mess with them. I was very pleased with the service and price he gave us.

I cant really review how good the product is as of yet, but the 2 servicemen, Kendall B and Ty C, went out of their way to explain what they were doing and followed my instructions not to spray and granulate in certain areas (wildlife issues). They were quite nice young men and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

Marcus came and did a thorough job, swept, granulated, etc. Asked if I had any questions and was very polite and courteous. He even closed the gates when he was done so the dogs wouldn't get out :)

Kendell and Ty were timely and professional in their first visit today. Made sure I had no concerns and that I knew how to contact them if I have any needs for visits in between the quarterly treatments. Already more impressed than with Terminex.

Ruth F. Stephanie arrived early in my appointment window. She listened to the concerns I had for the amount of spiders in my bushes and flowers. She clearly explained the effects of Alterra product and what she would do to enhance my pest protection and then did what she said she would do. Very professional.

Robyn O.Justin W did my first treatment today he swept down spiderwebs and nest, granulated my yard sprayed foundation and also around the pool/ deck area and removed wasp nest ! Also sprayed interior of my house and garage! Now waiting for results! He was very informative and professional!
