Clark did an outstanding job answering all my questions and explaining all the services I am to get, etc and Josh was constantly working hard to get everything done along with Clark. They both did a great job!

Edmin Rossy was very helpful explaining the entire process of the control system and the habits of the pests we've been seeing. Ants, Earwigs, Carpenter Bees, Yard Mice, Spiders, Beetles, etc. Edmin did an extensive spraying, dusting, cleaning, etc. of all spider webs, eaves, bushes and home entrance ports along all borders and edging of our yard and house. Excellent attention to detail and careful approach around our valuables also. I asked him to thoroughly inspect for bed bugs and explain details concerning many kinds of insects. He didn't miss a beat. Pulled the coverings off and showed me how to inspect. Yah, no bugs.

He was a little surprised by the many earwigs we had outside. That's good because that was one of the ( harmless, but ugly ) critters I was concerned about. I hope he will be our technician next time. Let's see how it all pans out. I'd also like to comment on Hunter Bench. Hunter was our sales associate. Thanks very much for your patience and calm demeanor. (Both Hunter and Edmin) Your knowledge of the system was exactly what Edmin revealed to us. Same page stuff. I'm looking forward to working with Alterra based on my experience with both Hunter Bench and Edmin Rossy! Excellent work, and approach from both of you, Thanks again! Tim W

Zeek did a thorough job spraying for ants, also found and destroyed two wasp nests, and was very professional and took the time to describe the entire process to me. Thanks!

Buyer be ware...if you have an existing service read the fine print. We've had a service for several years but decided to give Alterra a try because of the more natural products. We were paying the same price with our existing service. Had them out and were unimpressed compared to what we normally received for the service. Decided to cancel and was told cancellation meant paying the full "Initial Service" fee of $198. Pretty steep considering the "inital" is basically them walking around noticing i already had stuff. Make sure you really want to change services.

Michael H. was fantastic. He took the extra time to track the ants and found they were coming into the house via a compost heap on the side of my house. He was awesome!

Clark and Zeek did a great job. They explained what they would be doing inside and outside of the house. They were up in the trees, under the the overhangs of the roof and all around the perimiter of the house. Inside, they were careful not to spay our daughters' toys. We look forward to working with this company in the future.

Had the first Alterra service today and was very impressed with TJ. He took his time and went over what he was doing. Found three wasp nests and took care of them. Very polite and professional. Megan B.

JT explained the treatment thoroughly. He was both personal and professional. He reported on an unknown wasp nest - seemed properly thorough. Time will tell if the Alterra treatment does the trick long term, but for now, I don't see any carpenter ants. One thing that I should mention is that Alterra motivates all these reviews by paying their reps a bonus if the customer writes a review. I understand why -- but I don't care for the practice. (My service person didn't ask for a GOOD review, just for a review -- so that makes me feel better about it.) Having said that, the operation does seem to be very professional. Anita B.
