Oh my goodness. I'll be back with my FULL review but I paid Alliance (a brokerage company which I didn't know were brokers at the time) who in turn hired Liberty Relocation, a horrible moving company! I was told I would have my belongings in 4 to 10 days which I STILL don't have and it's been 14 days! After waiting so long I decided to look up reviews which were mostly horrible but I log back on and they are good? What the heck happened??? Can companies pay to have bad reviews removed? And who wrote these good ones? Employees of the company? I will revisit this site again to see if mine will be removed too but I WILL file a formal complaint which can't be removed!!! By the way, I was told if I pay an extra $1,500 - $2,000 (on top of the$2,900), they can bring me my things sooner!

Recently I have moved to OK from WA with my wife and kids. It was a very smooth and stress free move in the end. Obviously I give full credit to liberty relocation because they were in charge of our move. Their sales rep, foreman and the crew worked really hard for an error free and timely move. The way they managed to overcome the odds and the way they handled the huge sized furniture was terrific. My wife was worried about her glass and crystal ware, I was worried about my art works and my kids were worried about their toys. But nothing went wrong. They handed over all our belongings in great condition and at the same time kept the moving cost under the estimate. I am really grateful to these fine people for their effort during our move. Thanks a lot guys, I am sure that you have the best moving crew.

It was a very good experience using liberty relocation. Movers arrived with the van on time and began their work without wasting a minute. They knew what they were about to face. So, they have been very successful while dealing the odds. There were few fragile and heavy stuffs to be moved but the movers were equally good to the task. In the end, nothing happened unexpected. All went fine.

Liberty relocation is not a new to me. I used them many times and they never let me down. Yesterday I used them again and the result was same as before. I got a very smooth, stress free, cost effective and fast move. I wonder how they always keep everything in order. I am sure that they have the best set of movers and the best sales team to support them. From my own experience I suggest everyone to try them for the best moving experience.

When my Boss called me and asked me to find a good mover to manage our office move, I was seriously confused because there are many movers to hire but only few of those companies are reliable. I had to spend many hours in the net looking for the online ratings and reviews. Finally I shortlisted 10 moving companies and asked for quotes from all 10. From the quotes it was clear that liberty relocation asked for the least amount. So, I booked the move with them. At the moving day, they showed up on time with all necessary tools and packing materials. They nicely wrapped and boxed the office belongings and moved them to the other end. Loading and unloading were fast and very accurate. However, they completed the move within the schedule and also helped us storing the goods and kept the moving cost within the estimate. I am really grateful to liberty relocation for what they have done.

I am doing a job where relocation is a must. So, often I need moving services. As a process I hired Liberty Relocation just a couple of days ago. my expectation was not high from them because I got use to see broken and damaged stuffs after the move and paying more than the quoted price was also a common practice for me. But for the first time, for a change, I got the opposite experience. Movers arrived on time and did everything according to my requirements. It was a very professionally executed move. Nothing was broken or damaged and most importantly they completed the move before the allotted time and did not charge more than the quoted price. I guess these reasons are good enough to recommend this company.

The team of Liberty Relocation was outstanding. Prior to my departure back to WA, I called numerous times, each were answered with patience and in detail, even when they had to repeat themselves. We experienced a little damage on the way over but these things happen. It is how quickly a company responds to issues that really make them stand out from the rest. Excellent service. A company that delivers first class service and the staffs were all so friendly and reliable which is very hard to find in this day and age. I didn't know anything about moving goods across the country and what forms that I needed to fill out but Liberty Relocation was extremely helpful every step of the way.

All started by a phone call, when I called them and talked with their sales rep. He was very attentive and responsive. He explained me everything in detail and offered a very lucrative deal. I booked my move with them without going to any other companies. The team arrived on time at the moving day, nicely wrapped and boxed my stuffs, did terrific in loading and unloading, all went smoothly in both the ends and the move got completed within the schedule. I personally checked the inventory and did not get a single reason to complain. Thanks liberty relocation for such a wonderful move. I have to admit that it was a great move because they worked collectively and as a cohesive unit.

We contacted a number of movers and only liberty relocation actually dispatched someone to our home to give us an onsite estimate. Amazing service! Starting with our representative to the team leader and his team. Liberty relocation really does roll out the red carpet to protect your floors, wraps the door frames for protection, wraps each piece of furniture with blankets, box your flat screen, plus does so much more to insure safe delivery of your belongings. The men that moved us were kind, cooperative, & well organized. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your move. Love, love, love, this moving company!!!

It was hard to believe that I got a picture perfect move after trying so many moving companies. I have to relocate a lot due to the nature of my job. That is why I used many companies but none came closer to satisfy me or fulfill my requirements. But this time, for a change, liberty relocation surprised me with their world class service.
