I have experienced many moving companies because of the nature of my job. Form my experience I think they are one of the very best. Movers of liberty relocation are very careful and committed. They care for their customers and they give their best to satisfy their clients, which matters the most. Movers are professional, skilled, punctual, fast and very friendly. They also offer a very good price. All in all this is a company to hire.

When I saw some very good reviews about them in several websites, I gave them a call for a quote and talked with their sales rep about the move. He not only gave me a great deal, their movers also provided me a very smooth and safe move. They were just too good for the move. I was really very happy to see everything according to the plan. I must admit that liberty relocation have the most efficient movers.

Usually movers never come with the 100% accuracy and sometimes movers just ruined the move. I said generally about the professional movers. Yesterday I almost got a perfect move, courtesy liberty relocation. They were simply terrific. They arrived on time, came with all necessary tools and began the work without any delay. They carefully wrapped everything, took extra care of the fragile items and movers without any damage to the designated location and took less than the allotted time. I hardly got a chance to complain about anything. I am sure that they are one of the finest in business.

I have had nothing but troubles with Liberty Relocation. They promised me a guaranteed delivery date, which was not met. It took countless calls by my father and myself and 3 weeks for them to tell me that their bank didn't process my check and that they were having issues with obtaining a legal copy from their bank. I spoke with my bank about this, and they told me that there was no attempt made by Liberty Relocation to process my check. They kept telling me that I had to go to Wells Fargo to wire cash. The name on the account doesn't match the name of the company. This moving company is very sketchy, and they don't seem to care about anything relating to my items. They only care about getting cash. At pickup, they showed up a day and a half late. They dropped the boxes on my floor and threw it in the truck without any regard to the contents. When the movers were loading my motorcycle on the truck during pickup, he almost dropped my motorcycle and was laughing about it. The moving company charged me an additional 100 cubic feet ($483) for "dead space" around my motorcycle, which was not honored. The moving company utilized the space that I paid for around my bike for other people`s stuff. At drop-off, I found my motorcycle with $3,000 worth of damages and multiple things broken. This company is not professional at all and should be avoided if you don't want to be ripped off.

When it comes to moving companies, you need to stay far way from Liberty Relocation. We can’t even begin to express our disappointment with the experience we had. We moved from Spring Texas to Henderson Nevada. The original (over the phone) quote was over $4,000 off the actual cost they charged us. They stated that they do thousands of moves a year; wouldn’t you think they were experts at bidding their business? They told us of the difference of the cost only at the day of packing the moving truck! When they moved us, it was a different group that actually did the delivery. They were very inexperienced and all of the items that were delivered broken were because of the negligence of the driver and his team. They dropped boxes marked “fragile” There wasn’t any care taken for any of the boxes we marked “Fragile.” Thank God that we were diligent in packing all of our glassware and crystal with added packaging material. Additionally; they lost a piece of furniture that had been in our family for nearly forty (40) years. Interesting enough, they found it going to another delivery and when it came back to the warehouse they threw it away. They stated that they would offer to fix and or replace; however, their insurance company only offered $300.00 for a table that would cost at least $1,000.00 (used) to replace. Liberty offered to pay us some additional funds in conjunction with what was offered by their insurance mediator. However, we never received anything and or, even a response from them! Now, we are emotionally and financial burdened with all the broken items and lost furniture. This company has no business sustainability and continues to manage their business practices through mediocre processes. Ultimately, it is a big hit and miss if you are going to get good service from Liberty. I would highly recommend to ANYONE seeking moving services, avoid Liberty at all cost, and make sure your relocation quote is done with an onsite inspection first!

I don't usually write reviews, but after doing such a great job on our move, I feel almost compelled to write one, especially because that is how I found them in the first place.



Upon searching for a Freight Forwarding company, I had no prior experience in this subject matter. I've been in the United States my entire life. I moved to Chatsworth many years ago, and it is time for me to move on to my next adventure. Me and my family decided that we wanted to move to Israel but needed to move all our our belongings and 2 vehicles across the Ocean. So I went to Google.



I Wanted to make sure I found a company with good reviews, so I can have a peace of mind and not worry about being scammed, or having any of my Items damaged. After narrowing it down to about three or four companies I gave each of them a call to see how each of them sounded. Of the people I called, Liberty Relocation was the only company that answered their phone with a friendly sounding personality on the other end of the phone, that's always a plus when you can actually have a conversation with the person and not feel rushed or unwanted. Very Welcoming.



I continued to ask a bunch of questions as I had no idea what the proccess entailed, and each questions was thoroughly answered until I had understood the entire process step by step (Not as confusing as I thought it would be) They take care of almost everything, I just had to supply them with necessary information.



All in all, I couldnt be happier with the service that was provided to me. 5 Stars!! Thanks Again

Liberty Relocation...you guys better remember the name! Me and my wife were looking to move to Israel, we both had no experience with international moving before, or how to go about moving. So our first step was putting in google, "international relocation in Los Angeles". This had brought up many websites for different companies, so we decided to do some research. While investigating these companies, we went found one called Liberty Relocation International. The two things that stuck out about this company was, first of all they were local in the san fernando valley, secondly they were by far the friendliest and most professional shipping company we had talked to. Starting with the salesman all the way to the manager over there, they were all great.



After deciding to go with Liberty Relocation International, my wife and I called in, and within minutes had given them a deposit and locked in the rate for our move. Directly upon depositing, we received a receipt and we had taken our next step towards our new life. The day finally came where it was time to pack up all of our belongings. Liberty Relocation also gives their customers 4 hours of free labor, which was more than enough time to have our stuff loaded onto the truck and strapped in; so in this case, all of the labor portion of the move was completely free.



A few short weeks later our container had arrived at the new house in Israel. We couldn't be more satisfied with everything you guys did for us. We have a few more friends moving to Israel in the near future and will definitely be recommending you guys. Thanks!
