On the day of the move I had several hiccups. My packing wasn’t done. I had scream and crying kids running around the house, I called in to see if I could push back my date and they actually asked if they can come on that same day and help me finish packing for a discounted rate. I agreed the movers came that same day started the packing returned the following morning and loaded everything on to the truck. I ended up having a couple of additional items. My price increased slightly which was expected since I had to receive assistance on the packing. I had 30 days of storage but never used it they had my items there in 2 weeks. Even though it was a little bit longer than expected they managed to fix the storage mishap right away. I wanted to tip my hats to their customer service team since I must have called them 50 times on the day of the move. Thank you !

I had my items picked up on my backup date due to weather conditions. The movers were extremely professional and laid everything out on my driveway and loaded it. Make sure you pack up any glass material, I didn’t and I got charged, it’s honestly worth the money instead of you wrapping your own glass (I had no idea what I was doing). They got to my new home and put my furniture where I chose. Make sure you update the with a inventory list.

I booked my move for the 2/01. My delivery time window given was 4-7 days. I received my items 9 days later on 2/10. Everything else was fine. It turns out that I should’ve put down ASAP on my paperwork which caused the delay.

*mIf you’re going to trust everything you have in life to a moving company better choose wisely!
I think it's safe to say going with US National might cost you a few bucks more but it sure out weights the risk of picking a rogue mover.

Moved my family to Topeka, KS I started off collecting quotes. I decided to get about 4 of them, one of them was US National Movers. When speaking to Phil I felt absolutely comfortable. We went room by room, item by item. He explained to me the difference between companies that go based on space rather than weight. I had no idea that the moving industry could be this complicated. US national made this as easy as possible. The movers were nice and helpful and their customer service is very easy to work with as well. Thank you for making one of the most stressful moves a little bit better.

I hired this company for my first move. I had put my first available date for the next week assuming that it would be delivered by that time. I called the company and they explained to me that it wouldn’t be leaving my home state until that day or a couple of days after. They send emails but no one ever really explained to me what to do. Everyone was extremely helpful however due to the miscommunication my items didn’t arrive till a couple of days later. I called into customer service and they really did help out as much as they could they got me on a truck the next day after I called in about the issue. I just wanted to say even though it wasn’t the smoothest thank you for correcting the problem. I hope my experience helps other customers on filling out the paperwork correctly. Thank you.

I had to make a move from NJ to FL and I put in some information on the net for movers. I must say that I was blown up by calls the instant I submitted my info. But I finally got a call from US National Movers and spoke to a guy named Matt he was very friendly and informative about my move of what to do and not to do. I received a quote from them and booked immediately and the move went by without a hitch. I would definitely refer them to anyone.

Movers came in and started disassembling my kids bunk beds. They were able to break down and load everything in a couple of hours. I moved here myself last time and loading my U-Haul was an absolute pain. I was really concerned about my price increasing because I left out a lot of items upon my quality call. The movers were nice enough to call it even at 500 cubes. On the day of my delivery everything was placed in my new home the way I wanted it. They built my furniture back up and well now I can really enjoy this California lifestyle! Thank you !!!!

EXCELLENT! They gave me a great rate and my movers were super nice and helpful. I have never packed dishes in my life and had no idea they were supposed to be wrapped. Thank you guys for helping! I am moving again this upcoming summer and already scheduled my move with you guys today

Employees here are extremely caring. I explained some of my personal life and one of their customer service reps even recommended me a book to read. My move was absolutely flawless. I had a full pack. Ask for Jesse, he is the best!

First, let me start by saying that in the beginning there were some communication issues but I was also moving at a very busy time of the month. And Moving is stressful as is already. The company was a few days late picking up but Zach at US National did everything possible to help make it right. The driver who came to pack us up was amazing! He laughed joked with us and it felt like a friend came to help us move. Not only was he a great mover/driver but I got a discount for having to wait a few extra days AND they were able to get everything to my new home, which is a little over 1000 miles away, in a few days! I was blown away! Even though is was a rough start, Zach who I believe is them GM took his own personal time and made sure I was properly taken care of. I couldn't be more happier then I am right now! I hope I don't have to move again, but if I ever do I'm calling Zach! ! Thank you soooo much for everything!!

Had no choice but to move from PA to FLA rather quickly and a buddy of mine reccomened these guys to me because being from Philadelphia and living in the city, ive never had to use a company like this before, needless to say im glad he did because i dont know what i would of done without them, Matt made sure he kept in contact with me during the whole process and that made me alot more comfortable. Would reccomend them to anyone!!!

After seeing the reviews online, I had to share my experience with everyone. I found myself in a really awful situation with a significant other, and had to move out of our apartment the same day I called them. Before calling US National , I called 4 other moving companies. All of them told me I couldnt have a same day move. I was in tears. I called US National back and the exact words from the employee was "I don't know what I would do if you were my daughter and I couldn't get to you and help you. Hold on, let me see what we can do for you." They were at my 1/1 apartment within 45 min of my call, to help me out and they worked with the little budget I had. They even worked storage into the deal. The only truck they had available to move me was an 18 wheeler! LOL! They were my angels that day. I will never use another company ever again!
