Professional and love that they showed up with masks. Efficient job well done.

This was my first time ever using a professional moving company and it was so worth it! From the first time I called in Chaz was very thorough and explained the process. On the day of the move, they called when they were on their way and they were on time. Chaz and Justin hustled and took very careful care of our items. They put pads up, laid runners and just took extreme caution. I’ll be telling all my friends and family. Best rates around!

Mike, Justin & Steve were amazing and did such a great job!!!! I felt completely taken care of snd they were hard workers.

Royal Movers moved me into my home this past September and they were professional and courteous. Walt and Steve took extra care to ensure my items were protected and safe. I appreciated them setting up all my beds and taking the time to lay down paper to walk on so my floors wouldn't get dirty or damaged when they moved in my furniture. They did an excellent job!

It was a pleasant experience working with Royal Movers. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and did a great job. Walter, Steve, and Tyler were very nice and hardworking. The whole process was easy. I will be using them again.

Royal Movers did an amazing job with my recent move. Mike and Darrell were both professional and very friendly. I got a call prior to the move to confirm the time and date. They arrived on time, went through my home and wrote down all the items to move. They wrapped everything and protected my walls from damage. The move went smooth and it was affordable. I would recommend their services to anyone and I would use them again in the future. Thank you guys for making my move stress-FREE!!!

I had Chaz and Ace move me into my first apartment from Downriver to Dundee for less than $500! They were so careful with my belongings and asked me where I wanted things. Very kind, hardworking guys who were incredibly helpful. Wonderful value with clear pricing and fantastic staff that made this very stressful situation a breeze. Ask for Chaz and Ace, you won't be disappointed! Have been recommending them to all I can already; when they tell you to relax, they really mean it. Thank you!

Very happy with our experience - very timely, and efficient with the move. Walter, Rob and Austin did an excellent job on a very hot muggy day. Had mostly Ethan Allen Furniture with some other very heavy cabinets and they did an excellent job in getting things in place for us. Highly recommend and would use them again!!

The movers showed up on time, and did an amazing job with some very difficult pieces of furniture we had in our loft. Very surprising, they did not damage anything, including the walls, getting them out. Would recommend to anyone ...price is more than fair and the service is great.

I have used Royal Movers for 3 moves and scheduled them for a 4th move. I haven't been happy with their service in the past, but the price has been good. The reason I kept going back. During those 3 moves they scratched the paint on the walls, scratched furniture and have had a poor service attitude in general, but yes I kept going back to save money.
For the 4th move that didn't happen, I got the $20 off per hr special they post out front of the business every winter. When they arrived it went from a 3 hour minimum charge to 3 hour minimum plus a service charge and then with an extra guy we didn't ask for they stated they couldn't get it done in the 3 hours. This was the smallest load I have asked them to move and they were trying to raise up the price because it was late, they added a third guy and there is snow outside. When I was told I didn't have enough cash, I told them that there was no mention of a service fee and I I had figure 4 hours max and that was all the money I had. Then one of the movers "claimed" to be the owner and lied to me about the special rate and how it was the first time they offered that special. I proceed to kick them out and told them I was going to let people know they try to cheat people. Then the "owner" actually just a worker stated why don't I come out to the truck and he'll take care of it. Granted it was an indirect threat but I understood what he was getting at. My advice pay the extra for the a better moving company, it is you get what you pay for. I was in California I probably could have gone down to Home Depot with a truck and got a better group of guys to do my move.

They are great in every manner....reached on time....took care of each and every item, especially expensive items....very professional. I would recommend them.

As We were waiting from bank We didn't know the exact date of moving until last moment , still Royal movers came to help us move everything in the timely manner..thank you so much for making it easy and smooth.

These guys showed up on time and ready to work. They worked all day in the heat and humidity but we all still had fun. Good guy's and I'd for sure call them again. Thanks guys.

Its a must that you look into fair priced but super meticulous with your belongings and household items. I was looking for an insured and reliable not yielding or giving in on the best quote per say.But what each company or so be it had to offer. And to be frank the ownr infrmd me on my 1st of4calls into the store located in Wyan. Was that there will be cheaper less qualified and what scared me the worst young kids renting uhauls claiming they own a business!!?? WHAT! I figured i would call to seek a few of these company's but im not lying when i say half of my calls were ended as soon as they said that their store is under construction and or couldn't provide a legitimate address.

5 stars across the board (EXPERTISE-Professionalism) I am relived to have picked Royal as the question will never cross my mind to whom i would recommend or book a job through in the future.
