Brad Knauff overall review listens to your needs and helps you find what you want to buy, not what he needs to sale. Receptive to your situation not just making a sale. I was having a hard time deciding on weather to by new, used or even leasing options. Brad Knauff was very helpful and took the time to explain all the car buying options as well as how leasing worked. After listening to my needs and showing me all my options I decided a used car would be the best fit for my needs. After finding the car I wanted he went above and beyond by bringing it to where I worked for me to look over on my lunch break on his day off I will also mention. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience with Brad and would recommend him to others. Thanks for everything.

Cliff Foster is an amazing sales consultant! I have shopped around for a vehicle/dealer for the last 2 years and I have run into many obstacles due to my poor credit. I was referred to to this dealership by two close friends. I visited the website and found the perfect car for me. I was apprehensive still so I called to speak with a salesman before going in for a test drive. Cliff assured me that my poor credit wouldn't pose too much of a problem and he encouraged me to come in for a test drive. From the moment I stepped in the doors Cliff was accommodating and ready to make my car buying experience the best that it could be. He listened well and maintained professionalism and warmth. He fulfilled all of his promises and in the end I drove off the lot in the car of my dreams!!!

I can't say enough about Jim DeCapria and the crew at Jim Shorkey Ford. I had been to other dealers and was not treated with the same respected I got at jim Shorkey. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated as though I was a valued person and there was no pressure to buy a car. They asked me "how they could help me". I can't say enough about Jim he was wonderful to deal with and was just the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with. Thanks for all you help.

Friendly, good price, great place to buy a car

I found a 2014 Mini Countryman online and was interested, but I live in Cleveland (2.5 hours away). I emailed the dealership who immediately responded back to me. I told them my concerns- buying a car from out of state, not being able to test drive it, having the old cliche happen "Oh man, we just sold that car!". Adding to my anxiety over the issue, my wife would be the one driving out to pick up the car.

None of my concerns had merit. The dealership was a pleasure to work with. First up- Paula called and walked me through the preliminaries- bang up job without being overly pushy. Lou was the next person I dealt with- friendly and accommodating (went through the effort of sending me a bunch of additional pics of the vehicle to make me more confident in the vehicle) and working with me to hold the vehicle so the 2.5 drive wouldn't be a waste.When my wife finally made the trip out there, she was treated with courtesy and respect by all she dealt with, specifically Isaac but also Lou.
