Jerrett

My Jerret was seventeen years old and i had to put him down it was 4:30 in the morning and i could not wait for the vet to open he was is so musch pain. They immediatily helped Jerrett, but also helped me with my loss. The staff is professional, kind, caring and so thoughtful. They truly understand it not a pet it's a love one. Thank you everyone for helping me though that morning in August.

greedy and careless

My 3 month old Yorkie, Teddy, became bloated and was vomiting. He stopped pooping. We rushed him there. My VISA card did not have enough to cover the 150 dollar fee to be seen. We were turned away for inability to pay. What stinks is that Teddy's condition is serious and required immediate medical attention. I found another vet who took a payment plan and was more concerned about Teddy getting better than the almighty dollar. My puppy almost died due to Valley Central being so greedy and uncaring. It is funny how they said he was so ill and changed their tune when My VISA did not have enough cash on it. I will tell anyone not to go there. The technician who looked at Teddy was so ignorant she could not tell he was a boy and thought he was a girl. Teddy had a bloked bowel which could have killed him. He is very tiny and hypoglcemic and was shaking and going into shock but they did not care.
