Fantastic property management company!

I appreciate having the opportunity to rent the home. It is by far one of my very favorite places I have ever lived!

When we moved into the property in January snow was on the ground and it was freezing cold. Premier made our transition into our new property very easy despite the weather conditions outside. We love our house.

The house was clean. All the major equipment (boiler, oven, fridge/freezer, etc) has served us well throughout the duration of the tenancy. Always reliable.

Premier Property Management has been wonderful to work with. Outside of an apartment complex, this is my first experience with a home rental management company. The application process was very easy with no hidden “fine print”. My property manager has been wonderful to work with, has responded quickly to any maintenance issues I’ve had and truly cares about his renters. I especially like the fact that my rent automatically comes out of my bank account each month. I don’t have to worry about getting a money order and putting it in a drop box somewhere. At this point, my experience has been very positive…keep up the good work!

House was in good working order upon arrival. Landlord was helpful and rectified problems quickly and effectively when asked.

I have lived here for a year and am getting ready to sign my second lease. I haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors, bugs, or parking. In my experience, PPM does a great job. I like living here. :)

All I can say is wonderful! I recently moved into a property managed by Premier Property Management. Their service was further appreciated by the willingness of their staff to ensure that I was kept up to date on changes in the most professional and courteous manner, going out of their way to make sure that I had the information. Premier Property Management has been a breath of fresh air.The contractors and staff who have responded to my needs were polite and professional as well.

Had Good Relationship with PPM. Initially, getting someone to let us into apartment they were very accommodating. Throughout the rental process they were easy to get a check to as they have a drop box.

We needed a bigger place to rent since we were expanding our family. It was difficult to find a large sized home in our price range. After going to every company in Wichita, we couldn’t find anything and were very disappointed. PPM had exactly what we needed and we were moving in that weekend.

I wanted to let everyone know that I have 3 total properties in the US and Premier property is by far the best they have, and I gave the credit to their team , do a phenomenal job with leasing, screening, service and maintenance.
