great center. my child was enrolled at another large center close by, but we're so relieved Ladybird opened a facility in our area. I honestly have never seen a day care like it, the attention to detail that has gone in to the center is amazing. Its definitely worth the cost.

very very happy with our experiences so far. the academy is really nice and the staff seem to love what they do. to date I have had no bad experiences. hope this helps.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

My child is still enrolled at Ladybird's Windermere Academy, and I can say with all confidence thats its the best preschool experience my wife and I have ever had. I could go on for pages, but i'll keep it short and sweet. Amazing facility, great teachers and very approachable management.

Of course Ladybird Academy isn' t cheap but you get what you pay for. My children have received great care from their teachers. The center is amazing also. I have tried other day cares before Ladybird arrived here and they do not even compare. Highly recommend.

Fantastic school. I have only positive experiences with Ladybird from my child's first day. When we heard Ladybird were coming to Windermere we were thrilled as we heard so many great things about them and I can honestly say they live up to their reputation.

The teachers are miserable and unprofessional. When I pick my daughter up she us filthy and so are the other children. She cries to go to school when she used to enjoy it. There it's a young girl working as a "teacher" in her class that always looks so miserable and never says hello to me. I would never send my child here again if I knew then what I know now.

I would never recommend Ladybird Windermere to any parent. The employee turnover rate in incredibly high as employee needs and happiness is the lowest priority of management. Although on tour this center appears to have it all, the fact is, this company is all about making money. Do not judge a book by its cover; the management here is terrible! Do not get me wrong, several of the teachers are great. However, your children are being taken care of by unhappy employees.

The majority of the staff is unprofessional and they LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I would smile and say "Good morning" and they will either ignore me or would look at me like miserable people. One of the teachers also threaten my child to send her to the principal's office saying that she would get into big trouble if she continued crying, because she missed me and her daddy. What kind of teacher instigates fear in a child who feels sad and insecure?!
