The business staff in this office always go above and beyond to get my insurance claims paid! Recently my insurance company had denied a claim twice for a crown, a pretty costly procedure. The staff would not take no for an answer! They kept on the insurance company until my claim was paid! I really appreciated all of their hard work on my behalf. I think it is also important to mention that they did all of the extra work with the insurance company without my prompting.

My experience with this practice has been awesome. From the first phone call, they were so polite and helpful, they made it easy for me to schedule and arranged to get all of my previous records! When I got there I was offered a hot cup of coffee or bottled water, then given a tour of the office! The dentist listened carefully to my dental problem and answered all of my questions. First class practice all the way!!
