The community looks fantastic!The Oakton has got to be the best looking community in N. Virginia. My hat is off to Victoria and the board of directors. Also in reading the minutes and documents, they seem extremely proactive and I plan to follow some of their ideas.

Cardinal has been extremely helpful in all aspects of our community management.

Working with Cardinal is great. It makes it possible to manage this large community as a volunteer. I don't have to worry about anything that Cardinal handles. I know the accounts are handled professionally both in relation to incoming payments and with any contracts for service we require.

Your service has been very professional at a reasonable cost. Your on-site manager has been truly excellent.

Cardinal Management Group has done an great job of taking care of our community and its unique needs. We have very vocal residents and CMG knows how to address each and every resident professionally and civilly, no matter how difficult the circumstance.

In my view they are one of the best Building Management Companies. Well run.
