They can get you a repair man to check your appliances in less than an hour, which is awesome. Tech is really honest, won't give you the runaraound

I could not be happy with the level of service I received with this company. They were very nice over the phone and I was given an appointment very quickly. Technician was very nice and I definitely recommend this company for any appliance that needs repair!

If any other appliances decide to give me problems in the future I now know I have someone to call that I can trust!

They delivered on their promise, and came through when another company did not. I will use them the very next time my appliances need repair and will recommend them to my network.

Our oven broke right before Christmas. They were prompt in coming to take our money but were not so fast on getting back to us about fixing the problem. I had to call on numerous occasions just to get a diagnosis. They told us it could be one of two things but only gave us an estimate for one of the issues. I looked up and bought the part online and also bought another part the website suggested. It turned out that it was not what United suggested but what the website suggested. Because it was the holidays and they were not getting back to us my husband ended up fixing it. When I asked to get our money back for the incorrect diagnosis I was told to send them an email of what we replaced. I did and never received our money back for the misdiagnosis. No, I would not recommend this company.

The technician was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and the cost clearly. I would definitely use them again.

Called me back within 1 hour. We connected the following day and the business owner was at my house that afternoon. He was super pleasant to work with, knew his stuff and had my oven repaired within the hour. Price was $185 for the new part plus the service call, and it felt well worth it. I will definitely call him again for any other appliance problems in the future!

Many would have recommended a far more costly repair but United Appliance Repairs found the root cause of our problem without charging us an arm and a leg.

We had sudden need of someone to assess a refrigerator/freezer that was not cooling. We did some quick searches and called United Appliance Repairs llc due to good reviews and proximity to our location. Other research lead to belief that it could be due to one of 2 possible issues, one far more expensive to repair than the other. We were dealt with compassion, professionalism, and swift response. We called late morning and the owner, arrived with a technician by early evening. How easy it would have been to mislead us -- but this was absolutely not the case. The far less expensive option was the identified problem. They hsd the necessary part with them and it was fixed within minutes. We were not asked for money up front, only after repair was done. Cost was very fair. We would use them again with confidence. Highly recommend them!! Thanks

Had a problem with my washer, I called United Appliance Repairs LLC in the morning and the serviceman came to my rescue that very day after work hours. He is nice, friendly and professional. Listens to you and diagnosed the problem like a wizard. He fixed my washer super quickly and he works for a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend United Appliance Repairs LLC!

United Appliance Repairs LLC technician - This is the third time you came through for my family and I. I am so happy my sister-in-law found out about you. YOU'RE THE BEST EVER!

Seriously, don't bother with these guys. We had a refrigerator issue (faulty evaporator motor which I'd diagnosed on my own) and the dryer would not heat up. Repairman showed up the first day, which seemed positive, "fixed" the refrigerator and took a look at the dryer. When I say "fixed", I mean he put in a faulty part that made the refrigerator sound like a chainsaw and left it at that. He replaced a number of parts on the dryer before even noticing that the gas line wasn't connected (We just moved in, didn't even know it was a gas dryer). He then disappeared for three days, saying he needed to find a part.



Needless to say, after much complaining to the home office, we got him back later that week (he arrived over an hour after the window promised) and he replaced the bad evaporator fan with a new one. So far so good. Then he explained he could not get a new hose for the dryer. I did an Amazon search and pointed to one and he went "Yeah, one of those". Sigh. So I ordered it and he said to call him as soon as I got it and he'd install it.



Since I have Amazon Prime, it came in two days. I called him up and he said we'd have to schedule it with the office (the next day) which isn't what he promised. I went ahead and installed it myself and the dryer STILL didn't work. So he came in the next day and had no idea what was wrong and advised us to call Sears (by the way, he showed up late again). Sears came in a few days later and replaced a faulty solenoid (not a complicated issue).



In addition, their office is completely unhelpful. We couldn't get the manager even after it was promised he'd call us back. We asked for an itemized bill for insurance purposes and they kept claiming they'd email it to us "the next day". We asked three times before we gave up.



This company clearly does not care and doesn't deserve your business. Look elsewhere.
