I called and although he right off the top apologized that he doesn't serve Manhattan, but he took a few minutes and suggested a couple of things to try and talked me through a relatively minor repair needed on our dishwasher.

Not only they fixed our dishwasher, they also showed us a few helpful tips on how to use it correctly. Expeditious, courteous, effective - loved it. Fantastic. There is no other way of saying this, but they are fantastic. On time, good pricing, got my dryer running like brand new.

Arrived on time, went to work, found the problem, changed the faulty part, and the dishwasher came to life again. Cleaned up after the fix. And the bill was reasonable and left me with a very nice feeling about their company.

My Bosch refrigerator was too warm, so I called United Appliance Repairs LLC . They sent over two technicians who told me that the drain was clogged and that prevented the fridge from being cool enough. They managed to clean it out that same day and now my fridge works well again. This guys were really easy to work with. The dispatcher over the phone was really helpful in giving me information about how the repair would work. I was pleased with the level of service I received from this company.

Customer Service can't be beat. I cannot speak highly enough of these people. I have called them out numerous times for heat/AC repairs. They have always been prompt, honest, and done great service. United Appliance Repairs LLC is the best!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonably priced and very prompt. We will use All American Appliances Repair Expert again. Much better than using a major retailer.

I call All American Appliances Repair Expert LLC around 1 pm and my washer was back in service around 4:30 the same day. The technician diagnosed the problem when I spoke to him on the phone, told me how much the repair would run, and agreed to come out between 3 and 5 pm. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, had the replacement parts with him when he arrived, and fixed the washer. Is a great company. Thank you.
