People always complain about how stressful relocation can be. As this was the first time I was moving, I was quite worried. Luckily, my moving company helped me throughout the whole process. Golden valley van lines makes relocation look like a piece of cake. Of course they are not cheap, but none of the moving companies are. These guys employ the strongest and the most organized men in the business. They wrapped up my whole apartment in just 2 hours. I was very impressed with the skills displayed by these movers. They were very attentive to my requests. Nothing broke when things finally reached my new place. I’m still not completely accustomed to the big city but I’m glad at least these movers made my move a little easier.

My wife was worried sick thinking how we would manage to relocate so far with all our hoarded belongings. Luckily, we hired Golden valley van lines which did the job for us and did so excellently. The movers arrived on time and they were all very efficient. They took minimum amount of time to finish packing everything. Then the loading process also went smoothly and they were on their way. They told me that they would delivery everything in 5-7 days. The delivery was made on the 6th day. That is amazing efficiency. In the end we realized that there never really was anything to worry about given that we hired these guys.

Most moving companies which charge such low prices are usually totally inefficient. But I was crunched for cash so I hired Golden valley van lines which gave me the lowest quote. I was hoping I would be proven wrong. Fortunately, the movers were fantastic. It’s not a fancy moving company. But their services are nothing short of outstanding. They were punctual, organized, efficient and very reliable. The movers even threw a few smiles here and there. The best part was that my valuables were moved without breaking or damaging anything. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

I have heard many people telling me how Golden valley van lines is as a moving company. But I wasn’t sure until I hired them for my own move. I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing the movers were. They were punctual, efficient, fast and friendly. What else could I really expect from a moving company? They didn’t sit around wasting time to increase the bill. Neither did they do a hotchpotch job. All my belongings were moved safely to my new apartment. It really was a very easy move.

The economy sucks at the moment! I know that given how crunched for cash I was during my last move. I hired Golden valley van lines simply because they gave me such a good estimate. I thought they would be just crappy. But they surprised me. The movers were all very smart and professional. They wasted no time while packing and loading my belongings. The delivery was made in time too. I can’t wait to suggest this company to all my friends.

Leaving my ranch still haunts me as I am not completely accustomed to the big apple yet. Thanks to Golden valley van lines for delivering all my valuables safe and sound from the hometown which remind me of fond memories every day. I'm sure this city will grow on me, but meanwhile I can only have praises as this company is the absolute best in the business. I have never heard of a company who are more responsible with the inventories.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We spoke with a nice gentleman, who assured us that he would be overseeing our moving needs. He said he would be available, ANY TIME, by the cell phone number he provided us with. He was available, until our first payment installment, after our money reached them, Casper, his first name, became as invisible as a famous ghost, with the same name. He promised my fragile contents would be wrapped & boxed appropriately. Our items, what ones we received, were a mess!!!!! My glass plates, knock knacks & other sentimental, fragile objects were shattered or broken. They put wet dishes, from our dishwasher, in a box, without drying them off first, causing all other contents to develop mold on them!!! I had a brand new electric skillet which has paint corroded from mold growing on it's outside. We never received all of our stuff & are still waiting for this company to call us with an explanation!! Also, if you've already made the poor decision of using this company, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN TRUCK DELIVERY PAPERS UNTIL ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR!!! That's how they got us...the driver tells you he can't start unloading your boxes, items, until you sign the paperwork!! We even called the office & spoke with a supervised, Christine, who said to go ahead & sign first & in a later conversation, AFTER she says okay to sign, she tells us we should have made sure all boxes were there before signing!! I AM LOOKING INTO LEGAL COUNSEL TO HELP MAKE SURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO ANYONE ELSE!!! A move is something that is already a stressful situation for some people, but I guarantee you will have more stress using this company & getting RIPPED OFF!! SHAME ON YOU, Golden Valley Van Lines, you're nothing more than liars & thieves, that prey on people going through life changing moments that require trust & following through with the job they are paid to do!! BBB will get an earful, also!! You don't deserve to be in business, AT ALL!!!!!

I had no issues so far. The movers were friendly. We are waiting for our items to arrive and I will finish my review. So far so good.

Last time I hired a moving company, the movers and I didn’t quite gel and it was a disaster. This time when I was moving again, I made a lot of calls to get an idea about which of the moving companies is really good. I hired Golden valley van lines because of the word of mouth. The crew arrived right on time on the moving day. The foreman was a very strong and experienced man who was always ready to help with a bright smile on his face. He constantly motivated his men to work faster and more efficiently. I have a lot of stuffs. So it took the men 4 hours to get through everything. But the men didn’t demand a break or even winced once. They packed everything very creatively. I got the proof of that when everything reached my new house in pristine condition. I owe these guys big thanks.

Why shouldn’t we be happy with the works of Golden valley van lines? They quoted low, the movers arrived on time, the packing-loading process went without any problems and they delivered everything completely unharmed. Is there really anything else you expect from a moving company? Throw in their friendly attitude and helpful nature too. This company did such a good job moving my stuffs and I really cannot thank them enough.

I wanted my move to go as fast as possible. So I had already packed most of my things before the movers arrived. The boys from Golden valley van lines arrived right on time. They inspected everything and started loading. They took just 45 minutes to load everything onto the van. All my belongings were delivered on time to my new house. I have heard of so many people complaining about the slow crew that for. With this company, I had no such worries. They made my move quick and painless.

I would like to report Golden Valley Van Lines as a complete and utter ripoff and hopefully you will stay away from this incredibly dishonest moving company. We moved from Santa Monica CA to Allentown PA. We were sold a bill of goods by their very sly salesman in Colorado, promising to match any other bid. He quoted us $5000 for the three bedroom townhouse move across country. The day before the move, another salesman called and I verbally described every stitch of furniture and plate giving him exact dimensions and description. Golden Valley then subbed it out and a local mover came. At the end of the move, the local guy gave us a revised bid of about $14,000!!!!!!!!!!!!! They then shipped our stuff, transferring all of it to a second cross country carrier and finally to a third local delivery company. (FYI, they only accept cash and were quick to insist on payment before the completed move.) We were so disgusted by the end of this ordeal that we just had the movers drop all our stuff, completely boxed and wrapped into our basement. (I don't even know if our stuff is missing, which I suspect much of it is.)They then had the audacity to charge us $200 more for the blankets!!! RUN, don't walk away from this moving scam company!!!!!!!!

What can I say about the movers from Golden valley van lines? They made our move seem like a piece of cake. They pack everything into boxes as if packing is their passion. They carry huge pieces of furniture like they carry their wives. None of belongings were less important to them. Everything received the same amount of attention and care. They were punctual, both during arrival and delivery. Their efficiency must have saved us so much money. The company didn’t quote too high to begin with. Their final bill was even less than the initial quoted. I can’t help but feel grateful to Golden valley van lines.

How many moving companies bill you less than the initial quote? Golden valley van lines does! They were recommended to me by a friend. They initially quoted a price that seemed pretty reasonable to me and so they were hired. Their crew arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They were all very strong and skilled men packing up all our belongings with speed and efficiency. They wasted absolutely no time and were done in just under 3 hours. When they delivered everything, we checked the inventory and everything was in great condition. The real shock came when they handed us the final bill. It was lower than the initial estimate! I am still in shock!!

I never imagined a coast-to-coast relocation could be this easy! But when the moving company is Golden valley van lines, start expecting the impossible. They quoted so low to begin with. I would have been glad enough if they did an okay job given the price tag. But they elevated it to another level. I got a call from the company on the moving day asking if the movers could come early. Since when do movers show up on time? Let alone be early! They finished the whole packing and loading process within a blink of eye. It was a sensational performance. On top of everything else, only 2 glasses of mine couldn’t survive the trip!

This was the third time I hired Golden valley van lines to move my belongings, this time from CA to TX. They have always delivered! From packing to delivery, these guys never disappoint. They arrive on time with all the right tools. Their vans are state-of-the-art. I have never had movers packing faster than the movers from Golden valley van lines. Over the years, I have grown to trust these movers. I always request the same crew and I am willing to switch my moving date just so they can accommodate me. It’s a trust they value highly as well. They always take extra care of my belongings. In 3 moves, they haven’t broken even a single glass of mine. I am writing this review only so you can be benefited from this company like I always do.

There are so many moving companies in operation these days and most are made of people with little to no experience. I wasn’t going to hire those companies and trust them with my valuables. I talked to a friend of mine and he suggested that I hire Golden valley van lines. This company has been in business for a long time and t certainly shows why. Their quote was absolutely unbeatable for a move from San Diego, CA to Raleigh, NC. The men they sent were very adequately experienced and innovative in maneuvering through narrow hallways and a tricky front door. I was very impressed by their speed, which saved me at a lot of dollars. Finally, only to add to this company’s efficiency, they delivered everything as promised, on time, to Raleigh and everything was completely intact.

It was really good to see that while every other company I called charged an amount for a 3-men-crew; Golden valley van lines charged the same amount for a 4-men-crew. Why would you hire them? Because 4 men can do the job faster than 3 men and ultimately it would cost you less since you are paying by the hour. I was moving from Woodland Hills, CA to Norfolk, VA. The crew arrived on time and packed up everything from my 3-bedroom apartment in under 2 hours. I have never seen movers doing than in less than 3 hours. I was very impressed to say the least. They brought their own equipment and didn’t run out tapes or bubble wraps. My things were delivered on the scheduled date to Wyoming and everything traveled very well. These guys are really cost effective and it’s exactly what you need because relocation can be very expensive.

When I had to move from San Diego, CA to Tucson, AZ for work purposed, I called several moving companies to get quotes from them. Almost every company charges similar hourly rates. The reason why I chose Golden valley van lines was because the breaking down of the cost was best explained to me by them. They told me exactly what was going to cost me how much and I was very happy with their clarity. The movers arrived on time and they were all very experienced. The foreman and I struck up a very good conversation; we are both republicans after all. No detail was left untouched by these men. They even wrapped the corners of my furniture with cardboard. I was very impressed seeing the way they all worked so cohesively. My belongings were delivered to Tucson is fantastic condition and the final bill was exactly what they had quoted before.

I hired Golden valley van lines after my dad recommended them. They gave me a realistic quote so I hired them right away. The crew of 4 men handled every piece of my belongings very carefully. They were very efficient and didn’t really waste any time. They gave me a delivery date 7 days later. Every time I called them asking about the whereabouts of my belongings they were very friendly and informative. My goods reached my new house after 3 days which made me very happy. Given how fast the boys worked, I can only imagine how much money I must have saved!
