With Duffy, we closed on our home without a hitch. Although there were probably many individuals behind the scense, we specifically spoke with Victoria and Jennifer several times. We appreciate their patience as we worked through all of the ups and downs of selling a home.

Using Duffy Realty to sell our home definitely saved us a considerable amount of money. In the current housing market, homes are essentially selling themselves and to pay a traditional realtor thousands of dollars for a few hours of work seems excessive. The Duffy method may not be for everyone, but it was no question our best choice and I would recommend it.

What is the difference between a Sucker Seller and a Smart Seller? Well, as I pat myself on the back and look at my bank account, I would say it is about $12,000.00! Why would you overpay for the same result? I feel sorry for people who pay for an archaic way of doing business. It just isn't necessary.

Though our buyers didn't accept any of the three options we presented. Duffy's attention to the matter was appreciated and influenced our decision that produced a reasonable outcome. Proof that sometimes there's nothing like a well placed letter to straighten out an issue. The other broker responded to inform us all is well with buyers for closing. Problem solved! Duffy provides an outstanding example of how real estate representatives should treat their clients.

Thank you Duffy, all of them. Our heads are still spinning a bit at how fast this has happened. We had been praying for God’s time and His way in this process. The Duffy team were so helpful in answering our questions and keeping us in the loop.

As an experienced investor, I have been around the block a few times. I was surprised when a buyer tried to pull a fast one on me and Duffy was the one that caught it. One thing that I noticed other agents talk about Duffy. Jeaolus, Jealous, Jealous. One agent said that they would not show a duffy house. Guess who brought the buyer that closed on my home? That same agent Don't believe agents when they are spouting their nonsense. - we had so many showings - and agents do sell Duffy homes, 3 of my neighbors sold after me. Without my house, they don't make a sale. Period. Case closed. By the way, I found out about Duffy from a listing agent who came to pitch us. Thanks for your badmouthing... you lead me straight to Duffy Realty. I learned in sales a long time ago, don't badmouth your competitor, it makes you look weak. Agents should learn this lesson. I am 76 years old and I have learned a lot.

In 2013 we used Duffy Realty to list our home in Marietta, Ga. We were very impressed with the professionalism of her listing agents and our support team in office. They did everything they promised us they would do in a timely manner. The support team in her office was fantastic, quick to respond and good advice. We would definitely use Duffy Realty again if we lived in their service area. We listed with Duffy on a Sunday afternoon.They got our listing in computer immediately with a few photos we provided. The professional photographer was out early Monday for more photos. On Monday morning we had agents calling to set up showing, and on the same Monday afternoon we had an offer for full price, from a prequalified buyer, which we accepted and closed in 30 days. Duffy support team was always there when we had a question or need. They also followed everything up with email so we had any correspondence in writing for reference if we needed it

My best friend is an agent. I have watched her do her job for the last 5 years. I have also watched her play tennis, go to her kid's soccer games and go to get her hair and nails done and barely ever work. Yet, she always wins awards at her office. When we decided to sell our home, I called her to get her to come over and tell us about her marketing plan. When she told us that her fee was 6%, I thought my husband was going to throw her out of our home. She wanted over $50,000 to list our home! My husband had heard about Rhonda Duffy for years on 680 The Fan. He said Rhonda Rocks - call Rhonda now. We called and I will have to say, I hate sports radio and I hate to listen to it when I am in his car, but thank goodness he listens enough to know Rhonda Rocks. Rhonda does Rock and she Rocked our house all the way to closing. Now my husband says that I can get a new car because I did not force him to use my friend. Best friend or new car? I choose new car. BTW, we are still friends too.

Duffy is awesome because they let you decide when you want to sell and when you don't. Let me explain. We put our house on the market because my husband wanted to move closer to his work. But then, sadly he got laid off. So, now we don't want to sell our house. I called Duffy and the words out of their mouth was, no problem, you can take it off and come back when you are ready to sell. Now, that is awesome. When we had a change of heart before when we were listed with a Keller Williams agent, you would have thought that we had murdered their baby or something. Duffy, you do it RIGHT! Thank you for everything. All of my friends, family and neighbors know what I think of you.

Thank you Duffy Realty for helping me and my family sell our former home. I can honestly say that the process of selling a home was interesting and humbling at the same time. I greatly appreciate the work that the Contracts department and their Staff did in making this a smooth process. Unfortunately I was not able to use any of savings from the sale of our home. But the savings did help to reduce the amount of money that I owed at the time of the Closing process.

Although I had a real loser as the buyer's agent when I sold my house listed with Duffy Realty, I did make it through the process of selling and I kept my sanity by thinking about how much money (my money) I did not have to spend on yet another drama filled listing agent. The buyer's agent was nothing but drama and I felt actually sorry for the buyer. They should have used Duffy too.

I loved having an expert in each part of the process. In the past I hated the pressure of an agent breathing down my neck putting pressure on me to lower my price or hurry up and accept an offer. I won't be using any other listing company in the future. Duffy keep my number.
