I recently referred my nephew to Duffy Realty, and they were able to sell his property in five days! In addition to the sale of our home , thanks to Duffy Realty, last October, this is the second great experience we have had.

Todd at Duffy did an outstanding job of walking beside us as we looked, stopped looking and then started looking again until we found a good fit for our family. He is professional, does what he says he's going to do and is on top of his game. We felt confident and comfortable working with Todd. He knows the industry and the market and gave us solid guidance every step of the way. We're glad to be at the end of this process, in that we've found a home, but are glad we had Todd with us through it all.

Randall at Duffy worked with me for quite a while looking at houses. With the slow market, we had to jump on houses as soon as they came open if I was interested in them. I tried to put offers on about 10 houses that were purchased before I could get my offer in, it was pretty frustrating. Randall however kept at it with me until we found the right house and got the first offer in. I'm very happy with the house I ended up with and the purchase price.

My wife and I had 2 bad experiences trying to buy a home in the last year with 2 different agents from another company. The third time was the charm as our home buying experience with Duffy has been great! It took no time for Terrell to find and show us the perfect home and LaShawn helped us negotiate the best deal possible. I loved how LaShawn was always available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend Duffy Realty to anyone looking to buy a new home.

I had used 2 other agents before Tom and I was highly impressed with Tom. There was a period of time when our due diligence period was about to run out and Tom stayed up until midnight waiting for the seller to send back the amendment and he kept me informed every step of the way. There are truly not enough good things to say about Tom and this company.

We were very please with our Agent at Duffy. She provided very helpful information. Was always willing to go above and beyond in answering questions and working with our schedule. She has an outstanding personality of caring and help and wanted to be sure that we were happy. Alison is the best!!

Working with Martin Archacki and the Duffy team was really helpful. Although we had some bumps in the road (related to Seller and Lender), the team helped us to remove the roadblocks and make it a success history. Special thanks to Martin and his negotiation skills, Vanessa with the very well sorted sequence of showings, Barbara to show us countless properties, Robert to promptly jump in when Barbara wasn't available, and finally Cristina to restless chase the Seller and Lender to ensure a timely closing.

Robert and the team at Duffy were AMAZING to work with. They really took the time to ensure we understood every step of the process. No question was too silly or difficult for them to handle. Robert was personable and able to determine our exact wants and needs for a property by developing a relationship with our family. WOW! Is all I have to say. Swept me off my feet. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I actually felt like they cared. Always had a quick and prompt response even on the weekends or late in the evenings. The only way to compliment Duffy Reality is referring my family and friends and you..... and that I will certainly do.

We started looking for our new home in October on Duffy’s website. I chose Duffy Realty after hearing repeated radio advertisements for how they do business. I am not an expert but I needed someone that was. Alania Billingsley was the first to respond from Duffy’s website. For the purchase of my next home I had the pleasure of working with Joshua Thomas and his team. I met both Joshua and Tracy during the process and both were very professional. They were patient with my wife and I during the entire process.



Joshua drove over an hour with very little notice to show us just a few more houses one day after Tracy had already shown us several in the afternoon. We ended up falling in love with one of those and we are currently under contract. If he didn't make the extra effort we may have never had the opportunity to put an offer on it.



Overall, I've never had a question go unanswered throughout the process and I've never felt like I wasn't important. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how things have gone up until now.
