The staff. The service ... truly the best!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I recently leased a 2013 VW CC and my wife and I were very pleased with the overall service and care they provided. We would recommend anyone in the market to stop and speak with their staff.

Melcom was great to work with. He was flexible, accommodating and patient. Melcom shared a wealth of information with me about the car and the Volkswagen lease program, but he was not overly pushy or demanding. Melcom really listened to my requests and worked with the budget and limitations that I had in mind. He was easy to communicate with and served my needs to the best of my ability Melcom is a friendly, honest and knowledgeable dealer and I would highly recommend him and the Piazza Volkswagen dealership. I had a very positive experience!

Vince in the service department is wonderful. Very customer service oriented and also goes the extra mile! Dave has driven me to work many times and he is very courteous and helpful.

Sean, in particular, was extremely helpful. I will be coming back to Piazza exclusively.

I brought my 2012 VW CC in for the 10,000 mile service and a recall yesterday. I had a great experience. Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous. Before doing business with Piazza 2 years ago I couldn't stand going to dealers. It didn't matter if I was going in for service or buying a new car. Now since doing business with Piazza I will never go anywhere else. They get it! That is huge! That is great customer service and is invaluable. That is only one example of many. I brought my 2011 Jetta in for service Feb. 2012 and Sean loaned me a CC to use while my Jetta was in for a few recalls. I bought a CC within the next week and I love it. Thanks Sean, for the great customer service!

Overall good experience. The whole process was pretty quick and easy. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Shawn was excellent! He was able to help me and explain to me my options between buying and leasing. I went into the dealership with low expectations and left driving a brand new Acura ILX!! Tough to argue with that!

I needed assistance before coming in to know what tires, bolts and sizes I needed for wheels. George took time to explain to me prior to my appointment what was needed and why and let me know it was all able to be purchased and taken care of through VW at my appointment which was awesome since tire size measurements were starting to make my head spin!

This dealership definitely deserves 5 stars. It was the best dealership yet I have been to. To start, Danit had the car I was interested in parked out front waiting for me as I pulled in. I was greeted and given the keys for my test drive. During the drive she was very knowledgeable about the specific model I was interested in. Not only that but made the drive comfortable and not awkward. We talked about normal things, she didn't try to push the car to me or ask about prices or try to oversell it. We talked numbers and working with the Pre-Owned sales department was very stress free. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, dealership and just the overall atmosphere. It made purchasing a car fun not aggravating or stressful. I love my new car and will be back for future purchases!

We have worked with Sean for several years and he has always overcompensated and done great work!

My salesperson, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations with respect to manner in which I was treated. There was no high pressure and he was exceedingly patient with my total lack of tech ability. I have been totally turned off by high pressure tactics of sales personnel at other dealerships. Obviously, your personnel are trained in customer service and it shows.

It was quick. They were friendly and courteous. They did everything I asked. Overall, I was happy with the service!
