It is everything overall. They have always been very helpful, courteous and positive. I have been dealing with them since 2001. I have been very happy with the service department. They explain everything clearly.

Immediately greeted by attendant. Barb was very good and explained service provided to review results. I was very happy with the whole experience.

I had been experiencing problems with my radio going on and off by itself for several months. Although this did not happen while I had my car in for servicing, Piazza was able to diagnose the problem to the ignition switch and fix it. It has worked perfectly fine since. Thank you!

As usual, I was treated with courtesy, respect and given choices for when the work could be completed. Always impressed with everyone working at Piazza VW, namely Sean and Vince. Thanks for making my experience positive.

My fiance and I recently purchased a 2012 Jetta from Piazza VW and after our experience. Sue, Andrea, and the finance mgr, who ran the financing numbers but I did not have the opportunity to meet, were exceptional. Their professionalism, knowledge and above all, honesty is a breath of fresh air in the car buying experience, particularly after experiencing the complete opposite at another dealership. Plainly, the car buying experience at Piazza sets the standard for what it should be and that is a real testament to your leadership. This was my second car that I leased from VW of Ardmore and this time I went through Melcom. Let's just say that I consider myself a "difficult client" yet Melcom was extremely patient with me, making sure that I got the exact car I wanted, for the price that fit my tight budget. Very professional dealership and the selection is great. He was very quick to get back to me via email too, which is great so I could gather all the info I needed quickly so I could make a decision. Absolutely recommended!

I went to Piazza to compare prices I got from the dealership I leased my first VW from. I was a return customer so thought I'd get the best price...that was so not the case! I went to Piazza and in less than 10 minutes Danit gave me a range of options that far surpassed the numbers I received from the first dealership. I told her I wanted to think about it because although I was looking to lease another Jetta the Passat numbers were impressive. She just said "OK, here's my card so let me know if you have any questions". In 30 minutes I went back to test drive the Passat. Danit was very knowledgeable about the car and VW. It was a nongame-playing experience ... go see her!

My husband visited the dealership to view a pre-owned GLI and realized that Sue could locate a new vehicle with all the specifics that we were desiring. Within a few weeks we had delivery of the exact car we were seeking at an incredible price. The delivery was awesome with every detail and then some covered by Sue and her team. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the technical features of the car and helped to program many features prior to us leaving the dealership. We couldn't have asked for more. Obviously, it was more than worth our trip to travel 1.5 hrs to this dealership and we would highly recommend Sue and Piazza to anyone in the market for a new VW.

Michael Kain was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. They went over all the accessories that went with our TL. Everything was in order and our Acura was shinning from inside out.
