I was looking to trade in my Prius and buy something little more reliable. Andre, came to the rescue! He found me a 2011 Sentra with 30,000 miles less and a better warranty package for only $1,000 more and added a back up camera + installation into the deal. I walked away very happy with my purchase.

This Dealership was great, I knew what car I wanted to buy. I called and talked with rob who advised he had the car I was looking for and told me to stop in. The next morning I went in and the car was parked in front waiting for me. We worked some numbers and Rob turned me over to his Salesman Sam who did the rest of the paperwork and he also was great. after the paperwork was done I went into finance and Chris who also took great care of me (not like some finance guys looking to push add ons). Within two hours I was driving home my new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Arlington Nissan is your dealership of choice if your looking for a Nissan. A++

Mr Jameson, was extremely helpful and very personable. He took the time to explain the whole car purchasing process to me. He answered all my questions. He showed and demonstrated several functions of the car. He didn't abandon us to the credit manager, he check with us to make sure we understood everything that we were told. And the next day after the purchase of the car he called to see how we enjoyed our purchase. He also gave us his personal cellular number, if we had question or concern.

Vastly improved over last vehicle purchase experience. Even though I waited 45 minutes before seing a salesman, I did not feel rushed or pushed into continuing the purchase process. I was given time to prosess each step in the

Ted treated me with respect and courtesy. He didn't insult me with outlandish payments on his initial proposal as I've experienced on previous purchases. Ted listened to me, heard my story/situation, and worked hard to create an acceptable situation for me. Ted even worked with Chris Wilhelm (another Great guy!) to accommodate my financial hardships. I had three other dealerships I was going to visit that day after I visited with my mother in Arlington Heights. This was my initial venture out to transitioning from a lease back to a purchase scenario on a new car, and Ted got my business right out of the shoot!

Both went out of their way to help with my purchase. Serge even stayed late on my first visit to show me the truck I wanted. I was very impressed by that.

Zach G was pushy. He didn't take the time to get to know me, and was trying to push a car I clearly expressed that I didn't like. He tried to rush things and it really showed in the presentation and overall experience. Would ask to work with someone else. Since there are some better reviews for this place and its service.

Mary was a wonderful sales person. She was easy to work with and not pushy. She went over and above to make our experience a great one. She followed through on everything and made sure we got just what we were looking for.
