I've worked with a number of dealerships over my 25 years of driving. This dealership was by far the most stereotypically awful. The sales guy knew nothing abou the car that I wanted (I knew more than him, had researched it), and made things up about it. We kept saying there was a certain price we'd pay, and then leave. They'd then call us back in to say they'd meet our price, and when we got there, would revert to their old price. So we'd leave again. I was 8 months pregnant, so this was especially not fun. When we finally bought the car, we discovered they replaced the battery with a smaller one and actually took off the tow hook, which we needed for a trailer. They simply would not budge, we were so exhausted we bought the car, but they are extremely unethical and I would never go back.
