The technician did a great job of clearing out the wasp nest around the house and was very professional and courteous

Been with Aptive fir a little over 2 yrs now. Very pleased with each quarterly visit. They answer all my questions and are courteous. Never had any issues with their work. Glad I signed up for Aptive.

Your Service Pro Chase Hall followed the note I left on my door,and instructing not to ring the door bell since someone was still sleeping inside. I also asked him to spray a long the foundation since I had an increase in brown spiders. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.He followed my instructions to a tee. He is an asset to your company. Omar called me with a 30 min window before arrival which I appreciate - when he arrived he was well mannered and got right to work. Omar has serviced my home in the past and has always been professional.

Favian was our new service tech as we had lost the prior two. He listened to all my concerns first before he got started. He sprayed all the baseboards indoors and checked/replaced attic traps before sweeping the eaves, dusting the lawn for fleas and aunts as well as checking the exterior bait boxes. One was replaced and the other two had fresh bait put in them. I will definitely request Favian for our next quarterly as he took the time needed to do the job right as well as he was meticulous in his execution of his duties. Thanks.

Service man was very polite and agreeable. No complaints. I believe the staff would benefit from some training about the plants and animals they are spraying. The service would be attractive to more people if an effort is made to do minimal damage to the surrounding nature.

John Garcia, our Pest Control guy is so nice and honest. He does his job well and is quick to get it done. He deserves a raise. Thank you Aptive.

Just had my first service and the experience was great!
Mercedes was there promptly at 9. Was dressed professionally , treated inside and out. Finnally she knock down any webs around the eaves.

Service was prompt and efficient. Jonatan Anaya was very courteous and friendly. He explained the process and answered my questions. Great job!

As always a great job was done. Anthony Harrison was very prompt, thorough and professional. Great job!

Mr. Tevin Nash did a fabulous job today. He was very polite and cautious while using his spray in and out of our house. Most of all, he made every effort to get rid of some tough spider webs outside our window upstairs that was in fact very tricky to reach with his long tool. He is one of the most thorough technicians that we've had. I am just so satisfied with the service from Aptive. I am glad that I switched to the right one!

Ben Veiga did a wonderful job servicing our quarterly appointment today. We love Aptive and have had them for about a year or better. However, one thing I will have to say that the company needs to work on, is giving smaller time frames for service or notify when they are on the way to your property. We had a service from the times 12-6pm, and on a Saturday I have other things I have to do on my day off. Other than that, Aptive is a good company.
